- Sentencing is set to start this morning for the teen who admitted to shooting and killing a K-9 police dog, as well as kidnapping two women at gunpoint in September 2018. News4Jax Reporter Brittany Muller joins us live.
If he can kidnap two women, and shoot 3 times to kill Fang, while still a teenager, I shudder to think what he'd be capable of doing as he gets older, so I would support the longer sentence, and not the 15 years his lawyers feel he should get.

I've seen videos of people being torn up by police dogs, it's not like they stop the attack when the person submits, the dog will just keep going until the cop catches up which could take how long? And even then sometimes they have to physically pull the dog back by force. How can you expect anyone to stay still and submit while being attacked by an animal? I have only seen it happen once and that's because an ANA was getting huffy with the handler. You shouldn't blame the handler for the animal acting out. Though like you said people attacked by K9's get really badly hurt, The more hurt you are the more you can sue for.
