I love the way they reshaded the models and scenes from the console version. The colors and shine are amazing.

always found it odd that the ds version had a few different plot points like rikers island
richer's island was the worst part of my childhood. i couldn't get past it for the life of me.
I lost my ds before I could defeat Carnage.
that level, and electro fight. WAY to hard XD. still managed to beat the game in the end. Loved it

After you stun him you supposed to eat him. It was the R button on the DS
@@Jacobcoleyray i did that, but when i was a kid the game never explained i need to eat him from behind
Its very strange but storywise, this is the definitive version of the game

People also forget the game boy version of the game. But this game was awesome

An adaptation of the comics series of the same title, the first to be set in the Ultimate universe, with some minor changes for video gaming and storytelling purposes. I may have enjoyed them back then, but I was only a child, and thus enjoyed it because it was a Spider-Story. But now, knowing more about the Ultimate imprint, I honestly can't take Ultimate Spider-Man or any of its related schtuff anymore.

Either I'm mishearing things or some of the sounds from the cutscenes are missing?
I've played the DS Ultimate Spider Man and it had sound in the cutscenes so can anyone explain why they aren't in this vid?
Not sure about the vid as it could be an emulation problem, but I found this to be an oddly unstable game on real hardware. Often certain SFX would stop functioning for the whole game after finishing certain levels and the only way to fix it was restarting the game.
The problem would extend to cutscenes just like this video.
