I kind of lost interest after they removed most of the actual heist mechanics from all the heists. Also when they made the one guy we didn't even need for my proposed plan, crash and lose a quarter of the dang loot because apparently "they'll get better with experience" means "never hire the cheap guy, even as a seat filler."
