Thank you, MrWesTek. I've just returned to this game after taking a break for about 1.5 years. Please continue to upload balanced content between endgame gameplay and beginner guides. I feel helped by watching your content.
New players needing Mutation serums . Fast travel to the " Gleaming Depths " on the map , Walk down to where the wooden platform with all of the work benches are and look for loot bags . Myself and most other players drop HUNDREDS of StimPak's , Rad Away , Chems , mods ect. But we also drop tons of serums . Were always over weight with the amount the raids give us
Ive been playing Fallout 76 on the PC since 2018. I just bought a used PS5 so I can play with the playstation community. I always wanted to do a new play-though with all the new updates, i think it time with this build! Hope to see you in Wasteland!
i actually started in 2018 and just recently finally finished the game. its crazy how much better the game has become but im kinda sad i missed out on all the season passes :(
The only change is make is to add blocker instead of heavy gun reload because melee attack are always the strongest and you are more like to get staggered from them.
I got my Gatling plasma from a robot just up from the train station in the redish area at the bottom right of the map I think it is. There's a lot of robots that will attack you so be prepared. It saves having to go all the way through the quests to get into that building (but you are going to want to do it sometime because there are things you will want access to later in game, (like the nuke launcher that starts events etc)).
tried to build a heavy gunner and i made up all the normal guns .50 cal, gatling, minigun, machine gun etc with AA FFR 25AP and none of them really wowed me in terms of damage. Am i missing something or are they really not that good? Trying to have a build for raids
@D_Da_Tree I done a plasma gattling gun with a Vampire mod and I could solo the guardian (I’m like level 100) the enclave armory has the plans for the gattling plasma and you can do wonders with it
Give a try to the plasma caster (gold bullion weapon), for regular mobbing it's great. I run an instigating, hit chance, INT and pin-pointers, that one shots most normal enemies. The gatling plasma is just the best damage in the game right now, but you need the right mods on it, the right build and use it in vats. Now it depends where you are in the game as well, a really strong build will require a fair amount of levels (to unlock 6 maxed out legendary perks).
@Nightwalker-e8b Honestly surprised. This dude is one of the most out of touch 76 players and it wouldn't be shocking if he made a new player build with maxed out legendary perks and full 4 stars effects on everything.
Stealth builds in general are very fun, adding any ranged weapon perks to that is pretty brutal for stealth damage. I'm running a bit of a stealth melee build, and I can for the most part walk right up to enemies before being discovered, meaning I can usually get one or two stealth hits in. From experience for a ranged build you want suppressed weapons, or an archer type build since the perks are interchangeable with rifleman. Normally the downside is that your build is not good for running events, since it's very hard to be "hidden" in a room full of enemies, and the areas are typically short range engagements not well suited for snipers.
Go rifleman perk cards. Sneak, ninja and follow through legendary perk cards. Run a silenced Gauss Rifle. Stay in sneak and get some juicy vats headshot crits. Very doable. Fun as hell. Personally, I prefer my No PA/ PA Heavy Gunner hybrid build. Just running around no PA, OE ×1Limitbreaker/×4Rangers. In the raid a set of OE Vulcan, ×1Limit breaker/×4Rangers .
Depends on what you mean with viable. Are they viable for trash mobs? Yes. Are they viable for slightly harder content? Barely. Are they viable for endgame content? No. If you want to run snipers for exploring and stuff they work fine but once you get to the good public events, expeditions, raids etc they just fall off pretty hard. Their damage is honestly not impressive and and their firerate is slow. Auto weapons are ahead by a tremendous amount
@@coysuprunowski sure, no prob:) I'd recommend to have 2nd (or more lol) weapon anyway. But if you gonna run some of these activities, better use one of them:) If you don't have melee weapon as a secondary, of course >_
The new collector helps out big time with copper resources, enclave one I think it is and it's rare I will big up any Bethesda shop items but it's very good.copper was the main resource I've struggled with in the past regarding crafting plasma cores assuming you can craft them. Expeditions are ok "when they don't crash" lol.
This is what I have been waiting for as I am level 250 or rather should be much more if I had not changed so many times over the years of playing this game and of course I am still learning.

You really don't need it with full health and power armor. Not to mention born survivor. Lots of time to stimpack.

Hello, does instigating or bloody still work with nuka grenades?
Best to throw 2 at WestTek now 👍
what armor would u recommend wearing under the power armor?
I’m new to the game. Is a sniper build possible / viable? Just hanging back and getting extra damage stealth shots?

I have found it hard to get ammo for the Gatling plasma. Any tips or something I’m missing?
Expeditions, raids and daily ops could help with that...

I think the Gatling gun is a good choice for level 20-30 players, I personally prefer to go for melee builds because I'm too lazy to farm for ammo😄
