Awesome looking fig and well worth the wait, imo. The swappable lower mandibles are a great touch, too. You can barely see the "breakup" line where the lower jaw attaches to the head sculpt. Great review, Spot!

I just got Feral the other day, totally worth it! Definitely my figure of the year. While messing with it, I actually noticed that the crossbow itself is magnetic too. It can attach itself to Feral’s back the same way the backpack does! Though it doesn’t hold on nearly as well as the backpack does.
Lt Harrigan definitely better than her.. he's right behind Dutch.. then again, Harrigan if i remember right, was the only one technically to kill a Predator at hand to hand combat.

Just to clarify, she is most certainly not a Mary Sue and the only reason people call her that is simple because a) she’s a woman, and b) she outsmarted and defeated the predator. There’s a ton of reasons why she is not a Mary Sue and people are just sexist, racists morons who throw that word around without context to its original definition.
This is easily the most unique looking Predator figure design that I've seen from NECA so far. I don't know if you've heard of or played Far Cry Primal. I'm sure that you've heard of the Far Cry series though. Far Cry Primal takes place during the stone age period. Feral Predator looks like an enemy that the player would encounter in the game, especially because of the bone mask. Feral Predator looks good with the bone mask. However, he looks much better when he's wearing it. The overall sculpt, paint application, and details are solid. I like the accessories as well. The fact that the backpack and crossbow are attached via magnets is something that I never expected to see on a Predator figure. It's definitely a nice inclusion on the part of NECA. Got the figure before I saw the movie. When I saw the trailer for it I wasn’t very happy with the way the Predator looked. I didn’t know why they had to change him so much, but did enjoy the movie when I saw it. The figure fits in well with my other Predator’s and is one of my favorites.
Just ordered this guy recently, and I thought my FVJ Jason was tall actually pretty much all of the predators are pretty tall, but this will be my first one 3 weeks later I have it now and this thing is awesome
The more look at this species of Predator the more it looks like the van dam design. Especially with that double head neck joint. I'll definitely be displaying mine next to the alpha predator for sure. Great review👍👍
Hey good video. You know you can keep the helmets on any of the face pieces . And also the crossbow gun is magnetized to the back too so you can have it on the other side of his back. But I really appreciate your videos you do a great job
yeah I noticed after the video that the gun was also something that could attach on the back of the predators body, thanks for coming by and checking out the video!

Prey is a great movie imho and I think that it's my 2and favorite after the original movie. Neca has done an amazing job as usual and I plan on picking one up soon.
It would be great if they apply the magnet gimmick to future smart disks and their holsters. This always has been my least favorite aspect of the NECA Predator figures.
This figure looks great. Huge Predator fan and Prey is IMO the best Predator movie to date. No idea what anyone's issue with the main character is. Well, have an idea but I completely dismiss that as a reason.
Does anyone know if there are any Chinese knockoffs of this particular figure produced yet? I ask because I came across it on Ali express during Black Friday for only $20 and could not resist at that price. I have ordered somewhere around a dozen Neca Predator and Alien figures at deep discount prices from Ali Express and surprisingly half turned out to be genuine Neca figures it has not arrived yet so I’ve have my fingers crossed.
The figure is fairly new and normally it’s takes at around a year after the initial release for the fakes to start appearing in large numbers. I have a list of all the known fakes and I’ve not been able to find any information on any knock off Ferals so this gives me a good feeling as well. The price I paid was a Black Friday special so that price can no longer be found on the site. FYI the figures are currently being listed anywhere from $30-$45 shipped which is more in line with most major domestic retailers.
Yeah I was just shopping in FYE in upstate NY and notice all of their Neca Alien and Predator figures are now priced at $49.99 now yikes 😬 I’m still waiting on the figure it’s not even made it into the states yet supposed to be in by 21 but I have little confidence in that assessment.
Great review as usual Spot. Overall imo this Predator is very well done by Neca. I get the face reactions but he is a FERAL, pretty rough around the edges and creepy AF. It's a different look and just adds to the predator mystery and history. The lower mandible choice is awesome, and you do get the effect at just 7-8 inches tall that he is one of the baddest Predators. Well done Neca.
Something I find dumb about prey is that it’s been established yautja live for around 800 years and the tech stays relatively the same but other than that I love prey
Just got this last night. I thought the magnet was messed up since the backpack goes to one side. I thought it should be in the middle. The three mandibles are great to make stop motion videos of this figure!
The aura of the original series is kind of MEH. Like the 2010 film Predators, difference between dogs and wolves. Nothing scarier than the original Ugly MF.
The movie wasn't that great and this is imho the worst Predator Design ever, but NECA convinces once again with brilliant details and on-point painting!
I've got this figure and it blows me away everytime I look at it, the shield and skin color just make it so unique compared to others.

Some people didn’t like naru because she was a girl. She’s the most bad ass main character in the series right behind Dutch in my opinion

Got the figure before I saw the movie. When I saw the trailer for it I wasn’t very happy with the way the Predator looked. I didn’t know why they had to change him so much, but did enjoy the movie when I saw it. The figure fits in well with my other Predator’s and is one of my favorites.
I may not be remembering correctly, but I think the left shoulder blade also has a magnet and one of the weapons attaches to his back that way.
