I don't care what anyone says about hobby horsing, calling it "weird," "cringe" or "embarrassing." It's an innocent, fun and harmless activity that people do to have fun. It promotes good activity/exercise and imagination/creativity. I honestly think people shouldn't hate or call this a weird thing to do, even if you're an adult, and instead try to give it a shot. I guarantee they will find that it's actually very relaxing and meditative and most importantly, fun! Plus If you have a child (or if you yourself) cannot afford a horse this is a great hobby to have and do.

Ok so I have a few tips that I hope will help you.... 1. For show jumping - don't practice every day as your legs will hurt the next day. I know from experience 😂 you can practice lots of small jumps, though. 2. Buy a small/ lightweight hobbyhorse to start with - this is because they are easier to hold, and you can jump higher on them. 3. Don't buy a white hobbyhorse if you are planning to go on muddy trail routes😬 4. Do lots of practice without a hobbyhorse to get your form right....whether it's jumping, cantering, trotting or even walking😉 5. People will laugh at you - it is normal for us hobbyhorsers😔 but stay strong and don't give up💪🫶🏻 Buy from (Etsy) •KCHobbyhorses •LunarHobbyHorses •myhorsehobby •KHTJOLLYJUMPER •FreedomHobbyHorse I can't think of anymore, but most of those ones are under $80
