      Most of it looks promising, but I HATE the new grill. Where’s the bumper? could get costly if you bump into something lightly with the front end.

    I just want to look good getting from Point A to Point B. I don't care about heated seats or big time speed. That Corsair grille - OMG! That is beautiful! I need a 2023 in my garage!

    I had a 2022 on order. I’m getting it changed to a 2023! So happy I don’t have to get the sunroof that always breaks

    Most of the journalists I watched were saying that there was no difference between the 2.0 and 2.3 and to go with the 2.0 and save a buck. So I'm not surprised they dropped the 2.3. As for the Jet Package, is it only allowed with certain exterior colors like they did that with the Monochrome Package (that was a bummer)?
    I was dead set on the Grand Touring because Lincoln gives so much bang for the buck. Unfortunately, after speaking with Lincoln owners both locally and online, it seems that fixing problems is a major issue. It takes a long time to get them in and a long time to get them back either due to lack of parts or because they just can't fix the problem. It also seems they can't seem to fix the rear camera from giving a blue screen...that's been a complaint across the board.
    I know your biased, but why so many issues? Will they be better in the 2023's? Guess time will tell. As for now, I'm looking at Lexus simply for their long term reliability..plus, I don't hate the new RX. Thank you for your videos!

      Thanks for commenting KM! I understand your concern. My manager’s best guess was that the 2.3 engine didn’t make enough of a difference in power for the difference in sales regarding the option to back up a point in keeping it.
      The jet package is now replacing the monochrome package just like it did for the 2023 Aviator from the 2022 model year. However, to my knowledge on the new Corsair you can actually thankfully get it on any color.
      At our store, I haven’t heard anything about fixing problems being a bigger issue as far as getting vehicles in/out and getting parts than they’ve been since the chip/part shortage started.
      Regarding the blue screen, I’m part of a Corsair owners Facebook group and have seen a few posts here and there but no customer of mine has mentioned a thing about it. That being said, in all transparency I may be biased but no product is perfect and as a salesperson of theirs, I imagine Lincoln owes it to their vehicle owners to fix these problems as soon as possible. Like you said, hopefully in due time this will happen. - Sam@Lincoln

      @@southhillslincoln2651 Thank you so much for your time and reply. I appreciate you taking time to do that.😊
      BTW..just went to the Lincoln page to build my own GT and I'm not seeing the Massage Seats. Did they remove them for the 2023s? Collection III mentions the Perfect Position 24-way Seats, but NO mention of massage seats. Also not happy that I can't get Ceramic Pearl with a Cashew Interior. Grrrr....

    There interior choices are the best of the entire Lincoln lineup. The one big negative is the hybrid engine. I'd stay far away from any hybrid engines. As we know, this vehicle is currently on recall for the risk of engine fires on the hybrid. They are offering 700HP engines on Ford models and cutting back on the Lincoln where you expect premium performance.

    can you Imagine a 2.7 Eco-boost V6 in the new corsair ?! I would have one in my garage ASAP but ohh well I`ll stick with the Germans !!!

      You and so many people would. Something we can’t get around is that ICEs are slowly becoming a thing of the past. Hopefully Lincoln will put together something similar in the future. - Sam@Lincoln

    It’s great if they would actually produce the vehicle. So many people that have custom orders, place been waiting over six months to receive their vehicle and it’s still not in production.😊

      From our customers to the plant, we do more than understand that concern. I think about the 2023 every day waiting for a carrier full of them to arrive on our lot, but I’ll wait as long as I need to wait to start making videos of and seeing my customers drive off in them. - Sam@Lincoln

    I also had a 2022 on order and I got it changed to the 2023 version! My question is, does it have the feature of the emblem lighting up like the aviator? I think it looks beautiful in the night time and I was wondering if the Corsair is going to be the same :)

    • @southhillslincoln2651
      @southhillslincoln2651  ปีที่แล้ว

      That’s great to hear! Unfortunately they’re not adding that feature. I imagine it has something to do with either the actual size of the emblem on different vehicles, or they just haven’t gotten to adding it as a feature yet. - Sam@Lincoln

    It doesn’t qualifies for $7,500 tax credits if I wanted to add collection 3, too bad, otherwise I would of placed an order.

    • @southhillslincoln2651
      @southhillslincoln2651  ปีที่แล้ว

      That’s unfortunate. Maybe some time in the future the tax credit threshold and vehicle price’ll match up with the features you’re looking for. - Sam@Lincoln
