This def works. Only problem is I have to use several devices. Idk if they get used to it or not but rn i had to use my daughters phone, my phone, and a laptop to make them stop. Landlord, ripped out the insulation and walls in the hallway, also installed central air and we've been infested since. Our cat happened to get outside and fall in love about 2 months ago. Can't even find her to try and convince her to bring her boyfriend home with her so they can go on a safari honeymoon. Smfh
Mice keep getting into our kitchen, eating our seeds, and leaving droppings all over the counter. As soon as I caught sight of that nasty little fur clump I blasted this at full volume. As if was fleeing, I chased it out into the darkness of the night (its night time where I live rn) to make it even more scared to return. Tysm for this, hopefully the little scurrying clump of fur won't have the nerve to come back
it actually works, I kept this sound going for 4 hours and put traps and glue for mice, they didn't come anymore. The JBL Boombox 2 smelled hot and I think I burned the JBL 5

I have recurring issue with squirrels that like to burrow and make nests in the soffit overhang above my bedroom, just so happens my TV and speakers sit right under them, I directed my speakers up at the ceiling toward their nest.... I just heard a bunch of screeches and something scurried out the soffit. :D
IT WORKED! I live in a historic 100+ year old house and the rat's make there way under my house and drive me nuts scratching and chewing everything, first night ive heard one in about 2 years and this stopped it. Gonna set traps tomorrow.

They ate my box of Cheerios last night! I put my shredded wheat away and my frosted flakes, they went straight into a plastic container. Do you know rat spray is $15 a can. I sprayed in their faces. Hopefully this will also work! Yep it’s working I hear them running around on the porch.
These videos make me motivated to get a whole bunch of old af android phones (like nougat or something, bare minimum), place em in strategic locations with external speakers if possible, and have them play this tone on repeat
Works well on my squirrel as repellant but this is not the final solution for our furry little friend. After a few days the little bastard got wise to my comings and goings and adjusted her schedule accordingly. The birds of prey sound effect also works well. The best bet is seal the entry points and removal or extermination. Use the frequency to drive out the pest and close the holes while they’re out. Then use a no kill trap.

worked a treat I think lol. we have had scratching noises in our loft on and off for about 2 years now. we have two cage traps up there and caught nothing we have put piles of rat poison up there and got the odd the rat but still we hear the scratching, there is no food sources around inside or outside the house even from neighbouring homes so why just chew bloody wood? drives you round the twist.

I don’t understand why it doesn’t work on my mice. They just keep doing what they were doing! So many nice reviews. I was excited I thought it had to work because everyone says it works for them. I hooked up to a really loud speaker and it still doesn’t work. Nothing else works on these dirty little creeps. I’ve tried every thing from peppermint oil spray to fryer sheets. About 50 different things between those 2. Thanks for posting it though I’m happy for those that had a good outcome! I’ll keep trying.
Try using speakers that can play the frequency,. If you use a piezo speaker, or tweeters , you may see the mice literally die from the sound. (they have weird brain seizures ) Also make sure you change setting to 1080 or HD quality

I have a back up shock trap loaded with peanutbutter with a piece of hard candy stuck to that. They go in and zap! Dump out the dead rat and keep it going. Killed 4 so far. The trap looks like a tiny mailbox about $40 USD

This worked on pidgeons! They come back when I stop this noise, but when I put it back on, they go away! Yay! They were so annoying! Every day at 7am till 8pm they make their noise. It was driving me crazy! They are literally flying rats. Thank you so very much for this video! ☺️🎉
Had to turn computer volume all the way up but after a couple minutes the scratching in the wall stopped. Wish the 2 cats I have now (16 and 3) were as good at being mousers as last 3 I had (two lived to 15 and the last one lived to 9 years.)
@@elizabethdautremont I have considered getting a native rat snake (I'm in Texas) that can live in my yard and under my house and follow them however they get into the walls or attic, anywhere it wants because I too am less frightened of snakes and they are not destructive like these roof rats. I hear nothing. I wish it played for 8 hours so I could sleep, it’s 3:40 Am. We have a few mice in our house. They can carry disease. I scream when I see them I scared of them. I also am also trying peppermint oil. I have 3 different traps my mice are clever.
You can make a playlist with the sound and if you have a laptop or download it you can have it playing all night. But I hope the peppermint oil works I was gonna try the same thing.
@JustSumGuy yes it’s dead. What I did was I camped out in my living room which was at a visual to my kitchen floor. Set out a bowl of dried oats and waited for the rat. Once it was eating I shot it with my daisy rifle one hit to the body which made it twitch and didn’t run and I walked closer and another to head. It was a smart rat avoiding traps so I decided to go hunting.

Bruh, I listened to this like literally two nights ago, and the next morning; while making breakfast I saw a mouse run from under my stove to underneath my couch. me and my boyfriend grabbed the mouse, put some boxes together, and made a little mouse arena for our cats.
Tried numerous other videos claiming to work. No success. They carried on without hesitation. 10 seconds into this video and the gnawing stopped and you could hear the rodents running away.
I was beginning to think all you TH-camrs are a bunch of liars but a few minutes into this these damn pests left my room. I stopped it and they came back so I restarted the video and they left again. I tried a trap didn't touch, I bought poison (bromethalin, it kills fast at one feed) but was too afraid to use it (they actually ate all around the container and helped themselves to the poison last night, so they decided for me, Lol) But they are in my wall and came through the air intake vent into laundry room. I'm going to buy some screen at home Depot today. But I'm looking for all the weapons I can DIY until I can save for exterminator, so if there is a gas to use too, especially if it can go into walls, I am interested!
@@AngieF8 with wall penetration I was describing a whole house fog. I happen to have a hole in my wall though, so I am debating on a can of doctor doom (or doktor doom) seems to kill almost any pest. If you don't have pets and can access secluded spots, try a plate of (all 1:1:1 ratio) peanut butter, borax, and arm and hammer. Supposedly not completely toxic, but will get them sick and gassy to feel like the area isn't safe for them. In mix of playing this or a wall penetrating version, I've managed to have them deterred away at the moment. I have just one plate trap of terrible food. I found poop under my bed, so I have a trap there despite no holes in my walls. So I have no idea what I did or am doing, but it's working for me atm.
@@haesuslipbalm What finally did it? Supposedly not completely toxic? Arm and hammer kills them because they don't pass gas. I barely put a mixture of equal parts of arm and hammer, flour and sugar. They swear it works. It's the best thing a farmer ever found. He even made a video.

I have squirrels climb alone the roof and walls and Ive tried lots of these sounds to scare them, this seems to work the best shuts the romping.

I have a back up shock trap loaded with peanutbutter with a piece of hard candy stuck to that. They go in and zap! Dump out the dead rat and keep it going. Killed 4 so far. The trap looks like a tiny mailbox about $40 USD

I set traps with pb on as bait. They are all sjtting in the same spots with tge pb intact. I have an industrial decon box and three small ones. These vermin are too smart. Trying this for a first, then im picking up a cat
This worked on pidgeons! They come back when I stop this noise, but when I put it back on, they go away! Yay! They were so annoying! Every day at 7am till 8pm they make their noise. It was driving me crazy! They are literally flying rats. Thank you so very much for this video! ☺️🎉
Had to turn computer volume all the way up but after a couple minutes the scratching in the wall stopped. Wish the 2 cats I have now (16 and 3) were as good at being mousers as last 3 I had (two lived to 15 and the last one lived to 9 years.)
I've been thinking of getting a snake and letting it roam around my house. I'm less scared of a snake then I am mice.
@@elizabethdautremont I have considered getting a native rat snake (I'm in Texas) that can live in my yard and under my house and follow them however they get into the walls or attic, anywhere it wants because I too am less frightened of snakes and they are not destructive like these roof rats.
Everyone I know thinks I'm crazy for thinking of getting a snake, I'm glad I'm not alone, Lol.

@@djas513 with phone's i seem to be able to to get one wall tops. Max volume on my echo dot though? I center it on my floor, it actually covers all four walls, which they were just going against two. I have to turn my wall ac on and music on TV up a little higher but I have no problems so long as I spring this sound until I get a fogger or find out where they're hiding outside
I hear nothing. I wish it played for 8 hours so I could sleep, it’s 3:40 Am. We have a few mice in our house. They can carry disease. I scream when I see them I scared of them. I also am also trying peppermint oil. I have 3 different traps my mice are clever.
You can make a playlist with the sound and if you have a laptop or download it you can have it playing all night. But I hope the peppermint oil works I was gonna try the same thing.
Use a mouse trap apply peanut butter. Worked great for the first week killed 3 rats but last one to hunt is smart it’s been avoiding my traps.
@@Shave-ice Try a sticky glue trap, put dab of peanut butter on center, then little square of cheese or piece of cracker in the Pb.

@JustSumGuy yes it’s dead. What I did was I camped out in my living room which was at a visual to my kitchen floor. Set out a bowl of dried oats and waited for the rat. Once it was eating I shot it with my daisy rifle one hit to the body which made it twitch and didn’t run and I walked closer and another to head. It was a smart rat avoiding traps so I decided to go hunting.
I'm playing this on my phone (3:47 am). I'm kind of scared of rodents but the thing is: the mouse or mice is trying to escape but my bedroom door is closed, now this vervim won't stop scratching it. I'm afraid to see what's causing that nasty sound. Damn darn the heck.

I think this is actually working. Been hearing a light scratching at night in the wall on and off for months. Plugged in supposed repellers but it didn’t seem to work. Sounds like it’s one animal. Turned this on and it stopped scratching. I can hear it though

I’m actually had an all out battle with my rat, it’s been in the house for like months now and it’s not gone out my room, I heard it chewing sm and I was so scared cus i thought it was my bag so I found it and put this sound on and it ran but I chased it until it went under my bed. I was beginning to think all you TH-camrs are a bunch of liars but a few minutes into this these damn pests left my room. I stopped it and they came back so I restarted the video and they left again. I tried a trap didn't touch, I bought poison (bromethalin, it kills fast at one feed) but was too afraid to use it (they actually ate all around the container and helped themselves to the poison last night, so they decided for me, Lol)
But they are in my wall and came through the air intake vent into laundry room.
I'm going to buy some screen at home Depot today.
But I'm looking for all the weapons I can DIY until I can save for exterminator, so if there is a gas to use too, especially if it can go into walls, I am interested!
@@AngieF8 with wall penetration I was describing a whole house fog. I happen to have a hole in my wall though, so I am debating on a can of doctor doom (or doktor doom) seems to kill almost any pest. If you don't have pets and can access secluded spots, try a plate of (all 1:1:1 ratio) peanut butter, borax, and arm and hammer. Supposedly not completely toxic, but will get them sick and gassy to feel like the area isn't safe for them. In mix of playing this or a wall penetrating version, I've managed to have them deterred away at the moment. I have just one plate trap of terrible food. I found poop under my bed, so I have a trap there despite no holes in my walls. So I have no idea what I did or am doing, but it's working for me atm.
@@haesuslipbalm What finally did it? Supposedly not completely toxic? Arm and hammer kills them because they don't pass gas. I barely put a mixture of equal parts of arm and hammer, flour and sugar. They swear it works. It's the best thing a farmer ever found. He even made a video.
