I can hear it and I'm 54. When I was younger, I would react to dog whistles, by dropping down and trying to block the sound. Got my hearing tested at on numerous occasions. Especially those push the we button when you hear the sound type. Got told everytime that I supposedly should do not be able to hear it. So they'd retest and then retest again, by placing the sounds in a different order at different intervals. Everytime they played it, I would push the button. They then got me to do the same tests in a different location 3 months later, ended up with the same results. People can see and hear me listening to music, but still move away or whisper, when they want to talk in private, as they know I'll hear.

Our house is infested with mice atm and theres one thats been in my room about 5 days now and it wont let me damn sleep so ive begun using this video as negative reinforcement since i cant play it the full time i just play it whenever its being too noisy at night, too close to my bed for comfort or i hear it near anything expensive i cant move out of their reach. My lad was out when I did this and didn't know anything about it but as soon as he came through the door started yelling at me to turn it off and that sound is giving me a headache. A good way is to fill up a deep bowl with peanut oil u can catch like 7 a night however disposing of them im not sure how to go about it as if u just put then outside they will likely run back in

It sounds like a scratchy vinyl record. How far does this sound reach? I had a mouse get in here a few weeks back. A glue board did the trick. So far, this squeaker has avoided the new ones I set. We get a lot of conflicting advice on repelling such critters. Cotton balls soaked in peppermint oil didn't help. I'd rather not fool with the old fashioned traps. Bait ones haven't worked so far. I just want something to work. Even some cat dander might help. Sadly, my cat disappeared weeks ago. But he didn't catch the previous one. Next is closing up whatever opening these critters used.
You can get humane traps that catch them alive, then you just take them outside, away from your house and let them go. You have to check the traps at least twice a day, or they can die in there of dehydration. Peanut butter makes an irresistible bait, rodents love the stuff. I've heard the smell of fabric softener sheets that go in the dryer repels mice, but I haven't had occasion to try that yet so I can't speak from experience on that one.
I leave windows open do mice commonly climb through windows on the ground floor? I have a hole where the waste pipe goes out and holes are big enough for rats to get through also! I think that is where they are coming in as I put poison down and the poison has gone, but the poison in the traps are still there and traps not touched! clever little rodent's! little baastds playing under my bed last few nights could hear plastic bags with bubble wrap inside shuffling under my bed! then one was scurrying about in my Kitchen, but was way to fast for me to get it! hopefully it is the same rat! and its eaten the poison now!
They can climb anything and squeeze through the smallest of gaps, if the poison has gone then it must of eaten it and you'll find/smell it dead somewhere eventually

this is a frequency only a rat or mouse can hear. to us its miniscule. but to them its like hearing a jet engine at full blast ten feet away or at a motorhead concert with the speakers at full blast.

No the human ear can only hear from 20hz to 20,000hz 20hz is extremely low base and 20,000hz is very high treble. The rats can hear it. This works good I live by some stores that attract rats and an empty lot i can hear them moving around I turn this on and they leave every time.

I could hear the mouse scratching. I sprayed bleach where I heard it scratching. Did not deter it. I blasted this and mouse and scratching are gone. In fact, it is giving my head a bit of a ring too. Imagine what it is doing to the little critter!!

Spray peppermint Oil in heavy doses they hate it and it causes irritations on them physically

@@BILLABONGVidsII you guys should report the ones that are blank with lots of commercials as misleading and false advertising. I think the Alphabet Corporation Google/TH-cam have an oscilloscope on property to confirm whether there are tones playing or not
@@ericjackson2088 these are actually playing sounds I have a FFT plot graph on my phone and it’s definitely playing a sound but only when you hear the click

ive been letting this run in my room for 3 hours and mice still enter my room

@Kashi His funreal was 1 month ago. The mouse tore ate his main veins, running in the throat while he slept. We are currently sueing this guy for causing our dear friend, Nick Boelhouwer, untimely & unlikely death.

I could hear the mouse scratching. I sprayed bleach where I heard it scratching. Did not deter it. I blasted this and mouse and scratching are gone. In fact, it is giving my head a bit of a ring too. Imagine what it is doing to the little critter!!
