When taking Vitamin E, we must avoid the synthetic version, which supposedly had adverse effects in studies. The dl- is synthetic. The d- is the one to take. But actually Vitamin E is a group of fat soluble compounds- 4 tocooherols and 4 tocotrienols. Superior supplements don't just have the delta. Look for Vitamin E complex. I remember hearing that it supposedly helps prevent cataracts. Also, supposedly NAC drops help with cataracts. (Different than oral NAC).
Since Creatinine is only a single indicator of kidney disease and not a cause, lowering it only provides a false result in testing that is necessary in the treatment of kidney problems including CKD.
Soda pop also contains phosphorus. I also agree that we should ditch the sugar. Sugar and carbs contribute to diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, edema, and so many other things.
@JDDees Too many doctors have more degrees and knowledge than we do, say you are the one duped. I've known of people who have had to stop taking BP meds because they stopped consuming sugar and processed carbs.
Nope. Improving your kidney function lowers creatinine but not vice versa. It's like if you have a sieve that is clogged up and doesn't drain well if you put less in it it seems to drain better but actually it's the same sieve you have just put less for it to cope with. So it can cope with the smaller volume better. It's not coping better overall.

the barberry he is talking about is NOT American or Common barberry, which are native plants - Pennsylvania joined a list of states that have banned Japanese barberry, including Maine, Minnesota, New Hampshire and New York. The plant - a “prolific invader” - takes over and disrupts native ecosystems with its “dense, prickly thickets,” - research everything!
@MeemeeChern Creatinine is a substance produced by the muscles when you exercise. It is only used as a marker along with the amount of protein in your urine and other factors to measure your kidney function. There are other factors involved as well. Olympic weight lifters or long distance runners have extreme amounts of Creatinine because of their muscle percentage. If they don't have high amounts of protein, sodium and other substances in their urine, they have a normal eGFR and no kidny disease. We should understand this disease that is trying to kill us. Read a book by Dr Steven Rosansky a veteran nephrologist.

The only thing dangerous is those side effects from those chemical prescriptions.

Sounds great!
Nac help clear the lungs
What if you stop all the unnecessary talk and get to your point.
Hmmm
Lowering creatinine levels doesn't improve kidney function.
I think it does. Lower creatinine and BUN shown in lab work means a better kidney function.

But it could make the kidneys more efficient to perform
@@MeemeeChern You might read a book by Dr Steven Rosansky about kidney function.
@satishsaxena2649 No it does not improve kidney function.
