I love the fact that you saw a big huge flock of turkeys on your way to your traps. Almost a thank you from the woods for managing the animals that prey on them. Love your stuff man
Just wanted to say thank you! This is my first year trapping and I've caught my first couple beaver and muskrats. Your videos are an absolute blessing. I will continue to watch your progression! Thanks!
I'm loving this series, I've learned a lot. Kudos to you for showing real time possibilities / conditions AND results! Keeping it real! Look forward to more content, buddy. Thumbs up everyone!
Great series, have you ever tried peat moss in the bed of a trap instead of pads and wax dirt? Have to carry it in an extra bucket but it's light weight and has worked for me in mud. 😊
Thanks for sharing both good and bad days on the line- its realistic and accurate. Also appreciate all your time and efforts over the years keeping the channel going, I look forward to every video.
We've all heard it, "a bad day fishing/trapping/hunting is better than a good day at work." Well, what about a good day trapping? Rain or not, it's as good as it gets
My husband and I are truly enjoying your new series....setting traps then next day checking them. So many trapping shows just show the setting of the traps and never the catches - boring and not very educational. Keep up the great work. Can't wait for your next day results, bad or good just like REAL trapping involves..
Doing something good showing educational information. These community guild lines are one side they show things that are not educational at all and should be breaking community guild lines. Great video💯💯💯💯💯💯💯👍🏾
Man i hope Stu continues these daily uploads, awesome informative series. We just got the front of the rain this morning. Enjoyed the mid 60’s in late December however it’s supposed to start snowing tomorrow here in the Smoky Mountains. Happy New Year fellow trappers
Great series. Show it like it is. It was 40°F here in northern Wisconsin. No snow, Ice is melting and the frost is out of the lanes and they are getting muddy. Is it December?
U were correct on the critters moving with the front man. Caught 1 coyote on Christmas an another the next day! Appreciate ya dropping vids good luck on the line! Also from southern Illinois 🤙
Just been running for a week, 13 raccoons 12 of which were boats, one 22 pounder. 6 possum, 2 beaver and a yote. I’m seeing a lot of boars in my area also.
Been loving this series would love to see an updated fleshing technique video it’s been years since I have trapped and I’m looking to get back in after deer season for predator control and don’t want to waste hides
I may have missed it along the way but what are you dispatching with these days? I’m looking for an inexpensive alternative to taking my blued siglesix out on days like you had in this video. I know you used an air rifle a couple years ago.
Like the series I just started trapping here in central Illinois have 6 coyote dirt sets out along a hedgerow no luck yet does coyote urine work I haven't used some yet let me no thanks
Im personally not a fan of checking in the rain, but you gotta check them everyday! I have started to use game cameras to help check some of them for me
Looks like you are in michigan haha. I have seen many of your videos and learning about trapping. I just started about a month ago. So far I have a Grey Fox, one coon and two possums that were feasting on eggs. How do you approach farmers to get permition to trap on their land?
Have you noticed any distemper signs in the raccoon population? Here in Montgomery and southern Christian counties, I’ve been finding dead raccoons in the creeks since October. No sign of death so I figure it’s distemper or maybe even parvo. The drought this year has really did a number on all the critters this year.
Love your videos been watching them for a while now I got a question don’t know if you have ever said anything about it or if you are even aloud to but what is your dispatch gun I have tried to get a good look at it that is quite interesting to me if you are aloud could you do a short vid on it if you could love all your information and knowledge you put out thanks
I'd like to see that too, it looks like he's using 22 shorts but, sometimes cameras make thing look smaller or larger. I've used 22 CB shorts for close-up dispatching, so they don't go through.
These daily uploads are awesome
Rain or shine, day or night gotta run the line. Love this series keep em coming.
Has anyone unfortunately stepped on a trap?
There are videos of people putting their hand in them to demonstrate that they are not going to hurt the animal
@@Chalz108 So I'm reassured, you are truly a responsible person👍
Loving the daily vids
Kinda curious what you are rocking with that dispatcher. Love the videos!
I love the fact that you saw a big huge flock of turkeys on your way to your traps. Almost a thank you from the woods for managing the animals that prey on them. Love your stuff man
“Let ‘em …. Rinse himself off”. Lol
Thanks for the videos. This is how it really is in most places.
Just wanted to say thank you! This is my first year trapping and I've caught my first couple beaver and muskrats. Your videos are an absolute blessing. I will continue to watch your progression! Thanks!

We've all heard it, "a bad day fishing/trapping/hunting is better than a good day at work." Well, what about a good day trapping? Rain or not, it's as good as it gets

Nice day there stu. Good catchin
I may have missed it along the way but what are you dispatching with these days? I’m looking for an inexpensive alternative to taking my blued siglesix out on days like you had in this video.

Awesome video, also wondering what bait you use 😊

Great job sir with the catches. What are you using to dispatch? I hope they you had a great Christmas sir. Keep up the great work
What is the item your using to dispatch the critters? Looks lite and easy to bring on the line. Never seen one.
Good job

Love the videos just curious about your bait for your DP traps seems really effective do you mind sharing
Your headliner looks like the one in my truck.
Harrisburg area or carbondale area east west of int.57.

Like the series I just started trapping here in central Illinois have 6 coyote dirt sets out along a hedgerow no luck yet does coyote urine work I haven't used some yet let me no thanks
Keep bringing the videos.
Love the videos. I know you used a pellet gun in the past to dispatch. What are you currently using?
What are you using to dispatch.
How many traps do you have set on your line there
Im personally not a fan of checking in the rain, but you gotta check them everyday! I have started to use game cameras to help check some of them for me
Wish we could check with cameras, here we have to physically go out and check them.
@mikewhitman745 yea, it's a new part of the regs here in Virginia.
What do you use to dispatch?
Looks like somekinda Frankenstein .22
Looks like you are in michigan haha. I have seen many of your videos and learning about trapping. I just started about a month ago. So far I have a Grey Fox, one coon and two possums that were feasting on eggs. How do you approach farmers to get permition to trap on their land?
What are you using for bait?
What is that 22 that you are using
What do you use as bait cause I use home made bait also use no-bs lures blue balls
What kind of gun do you use to shoot everything
What DP bait are you using?

Rained in me this morning then turned to snow, got a small accumulation.
Can you show us your dispatch gear please?
What type of dispatch weapon do you have a pellet gun?
My Bridger 1.75 offsets don't hold coyotes what should I upgrade to
I've had great luck with MB 550 with 4 springs. They've held wolves (unfortunately) too.
Tell me about your springer air pistol u got there
Or is that a 22 short
What's that gun you use?
Is your gun a folding 22
What is the gun you are using and I notice your not wearing gloves this year not concerned about scent anymore
👊👍💪
👍🏻😎🇺🇸
Love the videos, my question is you said you're trying to help the turkeys, but yet you just release opposum? Don't understand the logic
Ive had my 4 traps out for a week and aint got a thing, fox dug one of em up
No more air force pellet gun?
Show us your dispatch pistol please
I'd like to see that too, it looks like he's using 22 shorts but, sometimes cameras make thing look smaller or larger. I've used 22 CB shorts for close-up dispatching, so they don't go through.
It looks like a chiappa little badger
I'm blind. I thought that coyote was a doe
I’m catching All monster boar’s myself no females here in central indiana
