Focus more on collecting information rather than memorising answers and be really natural while delivering your answers. Also make sure you meet the three criteria for getting the visa through your answers. You can find the criteria in the internet.

Is it compulsory to have some amount of scholarship in I20?
As I have applied for maters and received my I20 but it does not contain any amount of scholarship.

We recommend students to go for the interview with at least some scholarship but we have had master's students who have got visa without scholarship in the past. So if you have affordable tuition fees, you can go for it.
