As compared to kedarnath how difficult is this trek ?
I have been to kedarnath so it would be helpful for me to figure out

Honestly speaking, we found it relatively easy maybe because the person who was with us is an expert mountaineer and pata he nahi chala baate karte-karte we climbed all the way to the top. One small tip I can give you is that don't take the stairs when climbing, take them when descending.

you're welcome! During monsoon time, the snow will almost clear and temperature would drop down as well, but the roads will become a bit risky, and post monsoon is again a good option 👍. Hope this help!

You said your shoes were totally drenched, how did you manage the next day? Is it ok using the same shoes or should i carry an extra pair?

Neha, trek se aane ke baad jis jagah me stay kar raha tha unn bhaiya se mene kuch newspapers liye the...aur unko shoes me bhar diya tha (overnight) so that kuch moisture woh absorb kar lein... It did a decent job but still shoes thode se wet the (but managable the). Hope this helps 😅

I visited Shri Hemkund Sahib post covid in the peak monsoon season, July end ya August starting tha bhai.
