One major thing people should know. JBL Tune 230NC's driver size is 6mm,because of which its total loudness volume is fairly lower than most of other tws. However,it is still just enough to cancel surrounding noise and provide comfortable hearing experience. And the overall sound quality makes up for it so not a big problem.
but the tuning of JBL 6mm drivers are way better and sound great when compared to other brands with 11mm drivers. the sound quality you get from a JBL is so crisp and got punchy bass.
The earbuds worked fine for the first few months, but within nine months of purchase, the left earbud stopped working completely. It did not produce any sound or connect to my phone. I visited customer service center twice for the same issue, but I did not get any proper resolution or assistance. I was given vague and unsatisfactory answers saying that cleaning the earbuds with a toothpick or tweezers would solve the issue. When I asked if this was the suggestion given in the manual and whether I would not be held liable for any damage to the product caused due to this, for which the service center told me that I need to keep on visiting them if there is any issue and they can only clean the earbuds and give them back to me and there is no other alternative. Wow, JBL ear buds are amazing, and the service offered is fabulous and the explanation given by the service center technician is just out of the world. I just love going to the customer center every other day to get them cleaned. It's like having a car that needs constant oil changes instead of earphones.
JBL 230 NC was recommended by GeekyRanjit. It bought on the first sale and pretty satisfied with its functionality. Pros- Best for iphone, iPad users better than Airpods(Price , ANC, and comfort perspective) Cons- Sometimes it connects with bit of lag. Switching between devices is a bit slow. (iPhone to iPad) PS : I wasn't aware about the Voice aware functionality. I though it was a gimmick feature. Will definitely try it.
I use 5 months, JBL 130nc. Initially it gives 10hrs battery backup. But now it reduced to 7hrs. I don't know how much in future. Went to service center, they we're not accepting the battery backup issue and advised me to use at low volumes. 😵💫
I have the jbl tune 230 tws and when I first got them I was surprised on how good they were in terms of literally everything, but after installing the app and messing with the equalizer I love them even more now!! i have used the Sennheiser hd450 bt, nothing ear 1, red gear virtual dolby 7.1 headset and I can confidently say the JBL ones are better IMO and they keep surprising me (with their sound quality after I change the eq every now and then ) even now after using for more than 6 months and the part i love the most is when u really feel like u want base u can just change the eq and they WILL SOUND LIKE TOTALLY DIFFERENT buds. SO if u wanna buy them rest assured, they are really good the only thing I didn't really like was the fit: they fit really well and sit well on your ear without problem but they sometimes fall while jumping or doing something with vertical movement , I use them for cycling and they never fell out once

TWS: Oppo Enco Air 2 or Dizo Buds Z Neckband: Oppo M32 or OP Bullets Z2 Wired IEM: Blon BL-03 or Moondrop Chu Overhead Headphones in this price range are not good. Id recommend the Oppo M32, But if Sound quality is your Highest priority then BLON BL-03 (Wired budget IEMs at this price have better sound quality than 10-15k wireless earphones/headphones)
Do have a look at JBL Live Pro 2. While it costs over ₹ 10,000 but it is worth it. I purchased it last week. The EQ curve and 11mm drivers are amazing. I believe that Live Pro 2 is a very good alternative to AirPods Pro 2. The JBL 230NC is good enough for most people because the extra features of Live Pro 2 is not something a lot of people even need.
Bought Tune flex yesterday, regreted immediately. Pros: - App to personalize effects - Interchange buds Cons: - ANC is bad, infact process fan sound and make it more wierd - For office calls audio quality is good, but mic is very powerful and picks up all the surrounding sounds . - At times when u adjust the earphone gestures come in and they are annoying - lastly only single device support. My Verdict: either go for higher budget earpods or settle for lower budget ones. This promises lot of features but doesn't deliver for the cost.

As a proud owner of jbl 130nc here is what i have to say 1) if you have small ears , stay the hell away from it, people with prefect ears are not able to hold the device in their ears 2) the tws follows a neutral curve, so everything will sound really bad and at low volume, to unlock its true power you need to install the jbl app and setup the EQ to have a v curve , if you do that the audio quailty on this will beat airpods pro 3) the anc is non existent, turn it off and save 2hrs worth of charge

Do these equalizer setting remain on laptop or do they default to bass heavy setting ? Asking since laptop doesn't have app but I read in some review that they default to bass heavy on laptop.
Nobody talks about the ear buds 6 or 8 months later. That's when the real problem starts 1. The connectors of the buds gather rust which prevents buds from detecting the case. Does not turn off and does not charge. Just search TH-cam for JBL 230 not charging. Is a common problem for most JBL buds. 2. The battery life sucks as not I can get only about an hour of listening at 70%with ANC off. ALL buds start having battery issue after 6 months. Tip: don't spend too much on buds(any brand). Get decent ones and Treat it as a disposable use and throw kind of device coz BUDS DONT LAST more than a year.
I bought 230 from reliance store on the second day i found that right bud sensor was not working ,and i went to service center ,and got replaced in 7 days and again after using it for 15 days again right bud stopped working and it's been still in the service center when i call the customer support ,they are helpless ,they seems don't care about it ,if you want to buy them think twice ,I wish I could have gone for sony ,I think JBL is not good at tws quality management

Good battery backup, descent music output and can be tweaked using the Realme Link app (which is very useful btw) and call quality at the other end is perfect if you're indoors. Also, ANC works like a charm and nothing else in this price segment filters as good as these... And touch controls are easy to access.
@@bala8300 one thing to note is that I'm usually used to wearing default silicon tips (medium) that are attached in the earbuds right out of the box but for this one they were very uncomfortable for longer usage so had to use the small ones.

@@sudharsansakthi1062 yes. I bought it at 5.2 and loved it. But you need to understand that it's not feature rich. You're paying just for the sound. There is no pause when removed from ear feature. Neither is there double pairing. But the sound and noise cancellation and ambient aware features are amazing. To explain, the sound is more like a set of 2.1 speakers playing in your room. The bass is very full, but it feels like it's coming from a subwoofer kept some feet away, and because of that it doesn't overpower other frequencies. Clarity is very nice. EQ adjustment really helps dial in the perfect sound you like. So at 4.x thousand i really recommend it. The fit is also very comfortable, and calling is very clear as well. The battery life is Excellent. I n my opinion, a product may have n number of features, but battery is the most important because battery nahi to usage nahi. And this battery is really good, lasts 5-6 days with heavy daily usage

I am also facing the same issue, but the issue was due to phone calls, 30 minutes of phone call will reduce a good amount of battery percentage!!

I have 230 NC and they work well enough. Comfortable fit and good sound. The case is quite bulky though but can't complain as they have ~30hr batt.

Does it support dual device connectivity like in Realme buds Air 3. I work a lot on my PC so everytime I get a call I have to recieve it by earpiece of my smartphone
I have 230NC. It doesn't support this feature. You have to manually disconnect the current device and connect to new device. It can not switch.
Do you think this Jbl 230 NC value for money?

@@sudharsansakthi1062 yes. I bought it at 5.2 and loved it. But you need to understand that it's not feature rich. You're paying just for the sound. There is no pause when removed from ear feature. Neither is there double pairing. But the sound and noise cancellation and ambient aware features are amazing.
To explain, the sound is more like a set of 2.1 speakers playing in your room. The bass is very full, but it feels like it's coming from a subwoofer kept some feet away, and because of that it doesn't overpower other frequencies. Clarity is very nice. EQ adjustment really helps dial in the perfect sound you like.
So at 4.x thousand i really recommend it. The fit is also very comfortable, and calling is very clear as well. The battery life is Excellent. I n my opinion, a product may have n number of features, but battery is the most important because battery nahi to usage nahi. And this battery is really good, lasts 5-6 days with heavy daily usage

Especially the ANC.!!! But you need to tweak a bit the equilizer for music of your taste.
The main thing is its very comfortable for my medium sized ears!
I would have gone for 230nc but its protruding out like airpods and its bit uncomfortable. So 130nc was a go for me!!

Do these equalizer setting remain on laptop or do they default to bass heavy setting ? Asking since laptop doesn't have app but I read in some review that they default to bass heavy on laptop.
