It is worrying me in the long run as i have used 2 tws but it lasted only approx 1.5 yrs and after that either one side not working or the battery doesn't last for hours so what is the main problem regarding this and the battery also can't be bought from the market..
its an issue all of these tws will have, the lithium ion batteries degrades so around 1.5-2 years they might stop working. only way to avoid this is to get wired lol.
Had the jbl 230nc, the out of box sound quality is awesome. But, the mic is too bad, you cannot take calls, at all. And the magnets in the box are bad, it doesn't charge both the stems perfectly. Been a year of it, battery backup is now 50%. Have moved on to Realme Bud 5 air pro. Sound quality is nowhere close to jbl, so had to tweak, now it is good. But the call quality is excellent and same is the anc.

@@RamSharma-90_64 well, if you are looking only for sound quality, stick to 230, or upgrade to 235, or probably the enco ones. Go for realme if you need better call quality and better anc. My need was call quality only, and investing more than 5k for a earbud which doesn't last more than a year, was unnecessary. So chose realme for now, hoping to not regret it.

bro i was using JBL 130nc sound quality is awesome but after an year case stop working not charging and they are making wired noise and i contacted with service they said if your product is in warranty they can replace but not in warranty they will not do anything they said production is non repairable
