Hi, although very interesting,you missed two very important steps....firstly..the left hand door had two straps...the left hand one you removed..but what about the right hand one? this needs to be adjusted so the door can drop flat into service position...also...when installing a new Transfer assembly..you should remove and rotate the shipping bracket..if you don`t do this it will cause image quality defects such as mis-registration.regards

Maybe a paper sensor flag either got stuck or broken. Check or clean it.
I have a problem where there is a line of toner on the fuser belt that results in a continuous line on the print out. After cleaning the transfer belt, the stain comes back. What could be the issue and how to fix? Also, how to orient the paper so that it doesn’t print on the part that is having the stain?
What color of that line? Can I see a picture with that line?
@@ElectronicsComputers how can I send you the picture? I’ve cleaned the transfer belt again with IPA. But issue is still present. I’ve seen the maintenance guy re-orient the paper settings so that it prints on landscape such that it doesn’t print onto the part of the belt with the problem. I can’t find the setting and maintenance guy no more around. Do you know how to set the paper output so it orients to landscape when passing through the transfer belt?
@@ElectronicsComputers color of lines can be in color at times but most of the time it’s grey. But color and greyscale has been observed even when printing greyscale only

Try to swap drums yellow with magenta for example and check if problem disappears
