Foreshadows how he and Ratio manage to fool Sunday. 0:10 He loads 1 bullet into the revolver, shoots 5 empty rounds at himself (each click is accompanied by a "miss"), then shoots Sunday with the bullet. He's won the bet. 0:20-0:25 The words in the speech bubbles at 0:20 are the lyrics "ねプレイボーイ行け" ("Now, playboy, go"), then the lyrics "Don't get in my way," and finally at 0:24, it's "じゃあね黙って" ("See ya, shut up.") the 123 part is so fugging perfect for aventurine since throughout the whole quest the number 3 kept repeating which literally also symbolises his goodluck 3 chips 3 stones 3 deaths And those 3 things are all he literally needed to win the whole gamble hes taken on this quest its 👌
incorporating the slot machine into the revolver's cylinder was such a cool move, its hella symbolic too, esp with the final victor light cone. amazing animation, i could watch it for days
the additional sound effects are so good, i cant even tell if some of them were part of the original song or not, thats how well they're synchronized. aventurine banging his hand on the table, the revolver spinning, the camera switches, ching ching money sfx, acheron unsheathing her sword. all of this is so cool
