The transmission cooler doesn't fit. Now I don't know what to do.

I'm putting this off for a month and letting the TH-cam community decide what I'm going to do to this thing. "If you want to make God laugh, Tell him your plans".
let me know how you would fix this issue, I'm not putting it under the truck bed.

I love the idea of going driver side and vent it, however, you COULD also mount it in the bed somewhere

Over the driver side in fender for sure. Plus, there’s lots louvers you can use.

I would clock the winch knob straight down. Cut a hole in the bottom of the bumper that you reach into to work the knob. That's what I did on my XJ.
