In 2021 -2022 Facebook or meta changed the experience of the Facebook page. So in this video shows how to connect your Facebook page to your website in this new Facebook page settings, so you will be able to reply/run conversations from your Facebook page messengers! No additional software is needed, and it's completely free. This is the most updated tutorial I am making on November 2022.

2012: [Passion] Received 4 PhD offers from institutions in Australia and the UK.
2013: [Career] Joined RMIT University as Head of Digital Transformation Projects.
2013: [Passion] Dropped out of PhD studies due to a strong desire to impact the masses.
2013: [Passion] Accidentally started self-funding research based on curiosity about human resources, driven by unpleasant experiences with healthcare customer service and education.
2016: [Passion] Founded a nonprofit named 'Social Health Revolution' focused on public healthcare development.
2017: [Passion] After growing the non profit of 50+Realized team size, realized HR was the biggest issue in the organization and almost close the nonprofit in desperation of having no solution.
2017: [Passion] Based on the advice from mentor, combine my Chief information expertise + HR Researches to build a workforce model start applying for my nonprofit.
2017: [Career] Joined Hoan My Medical Corporation as Group IT Director.
2019: [Passion] The new workforce models not only fixed VSHR's HR problems but also got attention nationwide, helping millions of people.
2021: Founded VSHR Pro Academy academy to bring the workforce transformation model to companies for empowering them by people, expertise and strategy.
2021: [Passion] Began creating content on TH-cam to help others find and develop their passions and entrepreneurship projects.
2022: [Passion] Formed VSHR Group with clear objects with different companies and non profits.
2022: [Career] Joined FPT as Digital Transformation Director for healthcare businesses.
2024: [Passion] Become Vietnam's Top Linkedin KOL / Influencer for the Technology and Innovation field.
Today: I work on business transformation by using my two key areas of expertise digital Digital Transformation and Workforce Transformation.
To all the present and future champions in the arena, we’re all in the middle of writing our own stories. The worse the track, the more epic is our story.

This is very useful! All the other tutorials can't help me find the 'chat plugin' button TAT. But I followed all the instructions, it can't work on my website, there is CORS error.

I have a question, this tells us how to get the initialise start conversation, what if I have to build a chatbot with carousels and separate flows as I go forward with the chat flow, do I have to integrate another conversation tool or build the conversation and then connect it ?
hmmm Sounds like you have an interesting Idea. Well, let me ask you first so I can advice you the well. Why do you want to build a separated chat bot? what are the key benefits you see for yourself doing that?
I just need to develop an awareness chatbot based on the messenger chat plugin, and maybe disable the text box and add a menu instead. This will allow me to have a chatbot, without me investing so much on look and feel(html css) and also will do the marketing for me as well. So win win win.
I used dialogflow Es to get a chat flow and integrate it with messenger but then I wanna do that with the chat plugin so I can use it in a website as well. So how can I do that?
@@shanmukhateja5037 If you build the chatbot then also build an EMBED code and then you just embed that to your website.
So, I used the plugin and got an embedded script, and I used the dialogflow Es to intergrate the flow using the messenger option in it. Now I am able to create a flow in the Chat Plugin.
I just need to complete the flow now and enable an email report and I should be good. @@JohnMasudParvez

That made me feel, I really need to explain to others how to do this in a new look Facebook page. So it's here now. have you connected your Facebook page to your website?

Hi thank you for this helpful video. ive completed all the instructions, but the predefined questions are impossible to change despite changing them in the setup. It just doesnt up date them, any ideas what's going on?

How do connect Messenger and Zoom links to the localhost xampp server?

Hello John. I appreciate your posting this video. I have the opposite problem. I can't remove the messenger chat plugin from my Weekly website. I have checked the header and footer codes on all my pages as well as the site in general, and there is no code for this. Plus I set messenger to off on Facebook, but it still pops up on my site. Except now if I test the chat, it says messages haven't been sent. Pulling my hair out! Thanks again. Do you know of anyone who might help?

But prior to that question, where do see the FB msg pop up? in all the page of your website or in a particular page only?

I was going to email you this morning to let you know that after a full day of trying to figure it out, I found the chat code in my site's general footer code. The reason I had missed it is that it was buried between two other chunks of code. I'm embarrassed that it took me so long, but delighted that that annoying box doesn't appear on my site anymore! Yes, i did see code in my liquid theme but tried to remove it. That didnt work so I added it back in for now. When i go into meta no mention anywhere on how to disable it either.
