My dad was a huge Star Wars fan. He loved everything about StarWars. From the Expanded Universe, the prequels, Rebels, Clone Wars and even the sequels. Sadly, about a year and a half ago my dad past away. This piece of music especially at 2:08, reminds me of all of the moments that I shared with him involving Star Wars. Him having Light Saber battles with me, playing LEGO Star Wars with me, watching the movies with me, helping me build the LEGO Millennium Falcon Christmas morning, him buying me a Commander Cody helmet for me for my 6th birthday, humming to the music, and even seeing The Force Awakens with him on the opening Thursday.
This song makes me cry. It’s so good and reminds me so much of my dad. Thank you so much for making this piece of music. This is just as good as if John Williams had written it. It’s so powerful. What you have done to add onto the music is incredible. I tear up every time I listen to this. Thank you so much.

Bro ... that soft piano part that plays before the song loops, my whole entire childhood flashed before me, reminding me when my dad first introduced Star Wars to me. From that day forward I remembered all the times i enjoyed rewatching the Original trilogy, then saw the prequels (I don’t mind them at this point) and when then 1st trailer for the force awakens dropped I felt like a kid again and really enjoyed that movie. At this point I’ve accepted The Last Jedi and what it is. But knowing that Rise of Skywalker is the end to the saga makes me happy that I was able to create all these memories that I have. Thank you for reminding of my childhood and keep up the amazing work you do sir.

Episodes 4-6 are the originals, the prequels are called the prequels, not being part of the originals, a different group. Then again you could say that the first six films are the originals in a now ever expanding star wars cinematicc universe. I wonder if in the future we'll start to talk about them as the Lucas ones or collectively as the originals like you said.

Simon G1ahn I agree, I hate it when people are negative just for the sake of being negative. I can understand having valid criticisms of the movies but people shouldn’t hate on the cast who are just doing their job or try to blame someone or something for being wrong and how it doesn’t do justice to the legacy of Star Wars. I also hate when people say “Star Wars is dead” and then blame Disney or the directors. Star Wars has always been controversial, I remember when people hated the prequels when they first came out. I think people should just enjoy the films for what they are and can disagree with what they don’t like. I’m not saying people are right are wrong to hate or love Star Wars but people should do so without being toxic or arguing with others about it. At the end of day Star Wars is (for better or worse) going to be decisive.

J.P. LaFontaine I kinda hope it happens with Kylo (Ben) after he sacrifices himself to save Rey, choosing the light over the dark and accepting the Skywalker legacy. Aka the “rise” of Skywalker. Ben is a Skywalker so it makes more sense and his story of overcoming the darkness adds more layers to the story.

My little brother’s dad died a couple of years ago and this part gets me.
He loved Star Wars and funny enough, his birthday was on the 4th.
When this part starts it feels like I’m saying goodbye to him all over again.
I mean.. I never got to say goodbye but what I mean is it feels like I’m moving forward from his death all over again. No longer crying every single day. Just trying to see the memories we had with him as a wonderful adventure. Just seeing the good.
My little brother actually likes Star Wars but I’d love to get him into these movies when he’s old enough to understand them, he’s 7.

I need everyone to hear me out on this: A new Star Wars saga called the Sith Saga (This is all based on Star Wars canon. I'm not just making this up off the top of my head). The first episode is about the first group of Jedi to turn to the dark side. they turn at the end of it, after the episode shows the first beings to use the force, giving it new meaning to what it means to use the force. New powers are discovered by Jedi and they learn not to use the dark side, but one Jedi discovers the power of the Dark. He brings his followers with him to Malachor where they construct the first Sith temple.
Enter Episode II: The Rise of The Sith. Great battles are fought and won by Sith as they rise to power in this episode. The lightsaber battles are some of the best in the saga here. Jedi are almost wiped out from the Sith.
Episode III: Revenge of the Jedi. The thousands of Sith are torn apart from within (partly because they have so many in the order that they think they can become too powerful) and fall until only one is left; Darth Bane. he takes a singular apprentice, starting The Rule Of Two.
Each episode after this would focus on 2 Sith: the master and the apprentice. Ep3 would be Bane and Zannah, and so on, until we reach Episode 6 or maybe even 9. Obviously there's not enough time to create an episode for every single Sith. BUT, the last episode would start with Darth Tenebrous and Plagueis. About halfway through, Plagueis the Wise strikes down his master and soon takes on Darth Sidious. At the end of the film, Darth Plagueis is passed out and his guard is down. He is unexpectedly killed by the evil mastermind Darth Sidious and is not able to save himself. The very last scene in the saga would show a young Senator Palpatine put on his cloak and heading into a room to find his apprentice, whom he had broken the rule of two for, from Dathomir, waiting for his order to find the young boy that would start a whole new saga.
Only one problem, why would Palpatine break the rule of two if he was gonna electrocute Maul for the same reason?
@@dinoxman8584 I think for the same reason he groomed Anakin while Dooku was still his apprentice/associate. Be 1 step ahead of everyone else !
@@dinoxman8584 Palpatine didn't necessarily care as much about Maul breaking the Rule of 2 but was against him training an apprentice, effectively making him a rival master. If it wasn't for that, I could actually imagine Sidious potentially not confronting Maul until after Order 66 and taking on Maul as a more likely an Inquisitor or maybe even a backup apprentice to take Vader's spot if Vader had lost too much power after Mustafar.

Let's thank this saga. I've grew up watching starwars and seeing this saga end is very sad. But it had to end
This saga was not canon. If it were it undoes all of George Lucas' original story.
This song is my childhood with Star Wars.The beginning represents the wonder of the universe of SW. The middle, more triumphant part, represents all of the amazing memories that came from this franchise. The ending piano part represents the ending of it all and having to say goodbye. This touched me and I actually teared up a bit.

I'm not nearly as invested in Star Wars as I once was. The prequels soured things for me. The newest trilogy has been mixed for me.
But this trailer music made me feel like a kid again, and made me want to watch the 3rd movie, even though I'm not as invested in the characters. John Williams truly is a genius. It's incredible how simply taking that iconic theme, embellishing it a bit, and slowing it's tempo is so impactful.

Star Wars is ending and so is my college years. 1:20 the goosebumps and tears are real. I imagine finishing my last final, moving out of my dorm with my best friends, putting on my graduation cap and gown to cross the stage and get my degree. The epic bridge to the working world. I know, I’m dramatic.
I don't care what people said about The Last Jedi. Star Wars was my childhood, and even if I dislike some of what Disney has done with the franchise, it still holds a special place in my heart. I liked TFA and TLJ. I enjoyed Rogue One and liked Solo.
Despite the flaws in the sequels, I enjoyed the newer movies. They made me feel like a kid again. Even if you don't like it, this series has made an impact on our society, be it good or ill.

I grew up watching the Original Trilogy and the Prequel trilogy (I am 21 btw. I am definitely not a kid) and I still enjoyed the newer movies. The Last Jedi didn't seem all that bad to me, even though there were some parts that I disliked. (Disney's behavior regarding fan criticism is one of them)

The first time I ever heard the phrase: “The Force will be with you, always” was through Rebels when Kanan listens back to Obi-Wan’s message. I always remembered the “always” part, since it doesn’t get used a lot anywhere else. Fits perfectly

I'm 13 and I've been a star wars fan since the day I entered this world. I love star wars with all my heart and this is basically the most sadest thing I might go through. One of the saddest if I may say. In the trailer when c3p0 said "I'm just getting one good look sir... at my friends ", that gave me goosebumps knowing c3p0 has been in almost every star wars movie you can think of. I am pretty sad that I'm not going on Friday due to tickets being sold out, I will see Ros probably on monday or the weekend. Also what's pretty cool is my two favorite games have star wars content in them. By the time I'm writing this, tomorrow the rise of Skywalker dlc will come out for battlefront 2. And for my other favorite game fortnite, there's currently star wars things in game. Lightsabers, first order blasters. A side of that, everytime I listen to this a tear runs down my face. I'm always thinking of all the times I've had watching and playing star wars. What also sucks is not that much kids my age aren't really into star wars as much as I am. And it's really sad to see that, this franchise will NEVER I MEAN NEVER leave my heart. No matter what. So since I love star wars, i think of star wars. I see the world as star wars and in think of myself as a jedi who was born during the galactic civil war and is now a resistance jedi. I love it! Even at school, sometimes I imagine being on a resistance fleet ship getting ready for the first order to attack. Now I'm not really a huge Disney fan, but they're star wars movies are remarkable. I love you all and if your on the dark side that is okay. Everyone reading this, please put your hand out like your using the force.

The resistance and the first order have been taken down by the emperors army of phantom troopers (an army that he created from dead bodies in his time since ROTJ). outside on one of the star destroyers is finn, on the floor clutching his side in pain. he stands is and grips his blaster, glaring in hatred at the emperors personal star destroyer. He turns his head, hearing a rumbling in the distance

A huge mass of People on the backs of Horse-like creatures rise from the distance charging towards the emperors ship. Waves of old rebels, resistance fighters and various other allies come into view, all yelling their war cries.

All the classic starfighters we've come to love start flying into view, including A-wing bombers and classic X-wings, inevitabely followed by the millenium falcon. the camera shows the cockpit, with lando and chewie piloting. Lando gives the same cheer that Han gave in a new hope. More familiar characters appear within the crowds. A man in a battered green and red mandalorian armour emerges from the crowd with his jetpack, followed by an old looking man wearing bandages around his head, and a lizard-humanoid creature in a yellow suit.

A group of TIE fighters and X-wings fly into frame, not shooting at each other, but working together, firing at the emperors ships. A figure dressed entirely in black, Kylo Ren, leaps out of one of the starfighters flying past and land on the star destroyer among the great mass of fighters. He ignites his lightsaber and charges ahead of the crowd. the camera pans over the rush of people to show rebels and stormtroopers all working as one to take down a common enemy.

an army of Phantom troopers start climbing out of the star destroyers and charging towards the new rebellion. an epic fight ensues between the enormous phantom army and the rebellion.

off screen some fighting happens and Rey and Kylo both make their way to the emperor. There's a big fight and the emperor tries to distract them by making them see things that happened because of them, for example the death of Han Solo. eventually The emperor stabs kylo through his torso. the rebellion arrives and batters the emperor and kill him la dee da all this big fighting.
