Fantastic Tammy! You always make it all sew simple and sew lovely. That was a great tutorial and a great ending too ..... your laughter is contagious and I'm still laughing myself as I add this comment.
This is so cute. I wish I would have seen this last week when I ordered my other kit, this is just too cute. Thank you Tammy. You have such grace and wonderful teaching techniques.
That's called a "leader" - we find that using "leaders and enders" with our sewing helps prevent our needle from unthreading and eliminates that nasty "thread nest" that can appear on the end of our fabrics. Hope this helps :) -Michelle
I’m a new sewer and quilter. What is she doing with that fold of fabric that looks like it is preceding her sewing? PS. I’m really enjoying watching Tammy too. I have a hard time sticking with most of the sewing video hosts but Tammy is really easy to stick with.

I sew with a Bernina what is that small piece of fabric that you start with for?
That's called a "leader" - we find that using "leaders and enders" with our sewing helps prevent our needle from unthreading and eliminates that nasty "thread nest" that can appear on the end of our fabrics. Hope this helps :) -Michelle
