    This was a great talk. ❤ I love Ibrahim’s first principles thinking approach.
    As someone who’s always been interested in becoming a GM, I’ve always tried to ladder things up to Revenue. Ibrahim shares a useful mental model we can use.
    The challenge sometimes is that the product NSM actually moves multiple levers (growth and retention, for example). So it’s not as linear as depicted here; but it’s still a great starting point for a conversation.

    This is really basic/foundational stuff… but basic/foundational stuff that is clearly and beautifully laid out is my absolute favorite kind of stuff. Very good presentation.
