I love mine I have used the G2 to f19 and many many more metal detectors and I've got to tell you it we'll go toe and toe with the f19 which says something because to me the f-19 is the best relic metal detector of all time
One of the best combinations out there, i believe. A First Texas 13 or 19 kHz platform with a First Texas 10x5 White solid elliptical DD search coil. Remarkable depth for a coil type that's not designed as a puncher. Real pretty tones, too.
This is a very cool looking detector.. I thought about buying it.. but now I have to many and wont be buying a new one anytime soon.. But I like this one..

I've been wanting to get a Patriot!....Love Teknetics....My Eurotek Pro is AWESOME....Made some a fantastic finds but I can' t find a dealer in Canada that sells the Patriot! The dealers sell every other model except that detector
