Small detail I noticed, If you look at the pistol you can actually see an eagles wing
I might add a gold line marker to bring out that design. That's a sick detail.

I'm excited to pick him up. I feel like Gi Joe as a line will have a strong 2022. They are making good use the mold but adding enough diversity that you want to build up more.
Also the weapons are going to be desirable with DC and Marvel being not so trigger happy at the moment.

Hello really excellent the video as usual....on the other hand do you have the problem that I find chronic between the legs of the gi joe? that is to say legs that have trouble moving, we even have the impression that they are worn out??? nobody really talks about it in the videos while the majority have this defect.

Check out Crye Precision Combat Pants. They have a built in knee pad that is smooth at the knee. So, this figure having different textured pants at the knee isn’t completely unreasonable. But, I understand your point. And, if it bugs you, it bugs you. It’s all good.

I have the of weapons painted and waiting and know how I am going to make him classic to the most part.
The figure and accessories look brilliant. The head sculpt has real character. Since MCU Collector mentioned the huge shoulders I now think his upper torso is a little slim. Very minor gripe.
Only thing I don't like is the look of the eagle. Looks like it came in a Christmas cracker. Definately more seagull than eagle. 😁
Why would u not show how the eagle can sit on the back pack while figure is posed.
I prefer these legs, knees and Boots much more than the ones that are on Duke. I hope going forward they use more legs like these instead of the ones with the armor on them. Nothing Bothers to me more than the Amazon Roadblocks shins and boots.
Great review! I think there was a little too much praise for the Freedom accessory though, but that could just be me. I'm still enamored with the Jumanji Jungle pack Bald Eagle figure that I bought and used for my Spirit custom. Btw, Bald Eagles can size up to eight feet in long in wingspan, which is why I like the scale of the Jumanji Eagle better. Freedom still just scales wrong, even with this new modern line-up. When I get my Spirit, I'll probably keep Freedom stored in the box and use my other Eagle fig to display with Spirit. Looking at my Spirit custom, I think he looks more like Rambo, so I'll just use him that way. I really like the classic look of the Hasbro Spirit figure.

Loved it but now that you mentioned his round upper arms they should have been a little bit more like Duke's. After you pointed Spirit's wierd looking upper arms i can't unsee it. 😁 I agree I wish Spirit was a bit taller and wider but its still a great looking figure

Not a fan of the printed faces, so shiny with pink lips. Neck might be a bit short on this guy but shoulders look fine

The shoulders look weird ,like round ba!l and funkey and look at a few figs of him and the face look different also
Too many straps on the figure...it take away the overall appeal...
That face is going to give me nightmares
