Thank you MIT for posting these videos. I have been writing some articles about the history of the Space Shuttle as the Endeavour final flyovers took place in 2012. These really gave me some incredible insights from the people that made the US Space program possible
Wrap-up end of course. Although sound was an issue, this course was very in-depth and accurate on what the engineers designers, planners in industry had to go through in order to invest the American space shuttle system into its useful career. For those of you who wish to carry on to a useful career in aerospace, keep your notes and whether, virtual or on paper, if in your career are stumped, then pull them out and re-look at what you did in this course. When people have an idea, a goal and gather in their areas of expertise to that cause, there is almost no goal that cannot be accomplished.Remember what you have seen and heard here, as this course is a testament to the stick-too-it-tivness of people with a mission and goal that borders on both the chance of doing things right and incredible success in once having journeyed to that goal. ~ We are but carriers of that torch, to which that flame represents a meaningful place for us all. Thanks so Much Professor Hoffman and the MIT open source ware program
This was a really great video and got me even more interested in doing this. I just wish that the camera operator would get the Powerpoint or graphic material on camera too, because we don't need to have the camera stuffed right in the face of the speaker all the time. It would make for a far more effective and enjoyable presentation. Especially to get future engineers like myself interested. Cheers, IC.
holaa perdón por molestar pero es que tengo una camara system bag de pc y se me perdió el driver de la cámara si me pudieran decir donde lo puedo descargar le agrade seria mucho
+Ron Erickson Don't know your age or if your'e applicable to an aerospace career, but look up what they're saying. You can also go to say (wiki Shuttle roll rate), or ( pics shuttle roll rate gyros) and get plenty of links from that search entry.

+vrendus522 This course for me, is one of the only course that has both awe inspired me and at times lead me to both wonder and tears.

Amazing videos!
Why can't we see the board?
Where are the slides posted for these talks? Very frustrating to not be able to see what he points at.
