Mrecorder is great for the batch recording, it will auto rename them whatever you tell it like glass-01, 02 etc and you wont have to type in something different unless you need it to be varied. I learned this from Mr.Bill's channel
Dude, thank you so much for being willing to put out such in depth tutorials again. Studio time being back in such a huge way is glorious, we went from making dubstep drops in 10 minutes to almost 2 hour videos on color bass and drums. What a fuckin journey
Val, with the files missing , ableton has a thing called "collect and save" . Its in the main dropdown menu and it saves all the samples into the project file
I know but I have a weird issue where the files always end up in the same location and not where I am saving the new project file, Im working on fixing this ^^
@@VirtualRiot Oh right okay, Maybe try "saving as" into a new project file all together. If you figure something out either way do say how you did it :)

If you're following along using different synths, just use Live's tempo to adjust the speed of your envelopes when you resample (just uncheck warp mode so when you bring the tempo back the samples don't stretch out)
I've literally made a song because of random things that I recorded in my kitchen. Its funny how far you can go just by changing what you use to hit stuff.
I've never heard of the XO Drum Plugin until just now and seeing how it works, makes me think that has to be the most OP plugin when it comes to writing drums.

with the claps running a grain delay 100% in parallel with some spray and random pitch to taste can also clappify a clap
