To me it was more reminisent of Andreas Kisser of Sepultura. With that being said the effect he was using on the solo was similar to the effect Dime uses in the Domination solo. I dont know if its chorus or flanger or both.

But have you ever heard of the 90s female metal band Drain STH(Stockholm)? It was Black Sabbath guitarist Tony Ioomi's wife's band. One of the best all female metal bands.
Did they name themselves after the X Japan song (which was written by hide, and which he later repurposed for his Zilch project under the title of What's Up Mr. Jones)???? The guy on the far left in the band photo could be the twin of my co-workers, so I got good chuckle out of that! Feel the Pressure indeed....this kind of gave me a headache....it was like the Beastie Boys on acid or something. Some of the riffs were cool, though.
