Sir mera plot road level per hai kya mai 3 feet brick work karke uske uper direct plinth beam laga sakte hai isase dpc ka cost bach jayega, koi dikkat nhi hai na isase? Plz reply

sir ek manjila ghar banbana hai ... Aur jamin road se 2.5 feet niche hai ... toh hum log column erect kar diye phir Charo aur bricks jod diye phir bich me Baalu fill kiye aur plinth beam de diye sab column to column ... kya koi problem hoga aur haan ... 3 * 4ft excavation kiye hain

Sir maine 2 hi Beam dia hai PL me bhi aur GL me bhi. GL aur PL ka centre to centre distance 4 feet hai. GL ka reinforcement 4 saria 16-mm ka aur 2 saria 12 mm ka evenly top and bottom. Aur PL ka reinforcement 4 saria 12 mm ka .Sir ye sahi hai ? Some people say the building may be stiff . Sir please batayen.

In short agar hamara plot road level me hai to seedha road level pr ground beam dekar us pr 3 feet brick wall utha kr us pr dpc de de am i right? Lekin sir is case me hame plot ke beech me bhi har jagha brick work krke dpc dena hoga ya sirf boundaries pr hi 3 feet brick wall aur dpc dena hai?

नमस्कार सर, हमारा घर 4 मंजिला का है, घर के बेसमेंट की उंचाई 4ft है, जमीन से 4ft के उपर हमने plinth beam दिया है ground beam दिया ही नहीं, और column के लिये जमीन में 5ft गड्डा लिया है, 4 मंजिला घर के लिये ये सब बराबर है की नही ?
