The first home is the most fun for me to see. We've lived "cottage style" for 58 years. We moved many times because of my husband's career. Our house no matter whether it was a mansion or an actual cottage we made it as homey and warm as possible. I've seen many adorable "farm house" and "cottage" style homes but they all seem to use many of the same faux or antiqu-ed objects. this family has collected genuine old pieces and made a home that works and is comfortable for the occupants. Good job!
Honestly I don’t enjoy watching someone cleaning their home , I have my lady that cleans our home and she is fabulous and does and amazing job ! I do love the way that you decorated your home! It is always so beautiful! Have a wonderful day ♥️♥️♥️

To the second home tour yes darling this Texas heat is no joke at all lol. You did fabulous getting concrete floors. I love your cute clock. It’s almost a French country farmhouse. Love it!!

A pendant would be beautiful in that grey half bath powder room, the wall light over that mirror looks like a picture accent light that you would hang over a picture to accent it. This is in the 2 me home I think. The flooring is pretty cool though, love the concrete, the color too, but had to be tough on feet and knee joints!
I wish I could totally channel Meg's style, lol. Obviously, hers is my favorite😍😍, lol. There are also many things about Stacey's home that I love, the wood/white combos and many texture layers are absolutely delicious, lol. Kimberly's home is not my style, but it is absolutely beautifully executed, I'm sure the shabby chic crowd would go gaga for it, lol. Despite the differences in taste I still thoroughly enjoy all the home tours, seeing other people's creativity and homey spaces! Thank you all for sharing!!

Each of these homes are just beautiful but I miss color. Its Springtime and every home lacks beautiful warm inviting colors of Spring. Don't get me wrong, I love these homes but we can add suttle color that adds warmth and beauty into our homes without having to remove the beautiful decor inside.
Why don't you name the cottages the different birds that inhabit the area that surrounds the cottages. You said you can hear them singing. That area is their home why not incorporate them into your cottages. I know how you love birds...... just a thought,
