100% agree about Distress, that song is probably in the top 20 LOONA b-sides, and that break before the last chorus with the sidechained vocal fx track is unbelievably cool

Aside from Birth, which was chosen by the fans, all of the other pre-releases were an homage to their previous projects:
Flower Rhythm -> Kehwa + Algorithm (HeeJin's solo, Kehwa means "blooming" in korean, it's the album's intro).
Candy Crush -> Plastic Candy (HaSeul's solo).
Air -> Air Force One (ODD EYE CIRCLE's redebut).

7:45 oh, it's okay to still reference Chuu being LOONA, actually!!
All of them left the company as of early 2023 making the group technically an empty shell, but she still calls herself "Chuu from LOONA" to this day, as do all of her other members.
They all have new beginnings as new groups and solos, but at the end of the day, they're still one family (their own words).
