Sir, what happens if the Nifty cms down below 17500 strike price., We are bullish, but trend reversed.. In that case what will happen to our trade.. How much loss.. Is it only upto the premium amount., Or even more? Pls explain
@@Priyanka.517 whenever you buy a call with a bullish bias, the upside (profit) is theoretically unlimited but the downside will always be limited to the premium you paid. So not to worry, you wont have unlimited loss.
@@Priyanka.517 but you have to be aware of the contract expiry date when trading in options and that too in stocks and you have to square off before the expiry otherwise it will end up in settlement I guess you were asking this.
@@NinadNarkar what happens to options buyers/ 80% of their traders are losers. over time he makes it unlimited loss. control overtrading. control risk. only then you can take more trades

Very nice video. Things have been explained so lucidly and with examples that they do not leave any doubt in mind. I had seen many other videos, but they could not explain the concepts so clearly. Congratulations! The one area which I would have liked little more attention was with put option. It was mentioned that the put option is the reverse of call option. That is true. But perhaps with similar examples, it would have been easy to remember things. But this is not to take away the credit for producing this wonderful video. Many thanks for the efforts you put in for the benefit of all those who are interested in such topics.
Smooth presentation without shouting etc., Actually in practice, most traders don't seem to wait till expiry but book profit on the premiums and exit (or face Stop loss). Don't know whether this is so even in Option Selling. A clear video on this may be nice. Regards

Great video but I would like to add that this mostly implies for overnight positions, in fast intraday cases out of the money OTM strikes provide much much better returns if volumes are taken into notice while entering the trade. Thanks❤️
@@spursound7644 whether to do intraday or positional, it's individual choice. But when u consider return on investment otm strike prices gives u many folds. In the same example discussed if the market closes at 17800 then you would get 90 rs profit for an investment of 10 rs. It's 900 percent returns. Just no way comparison with other strike prices. As a beginner it is suggested to take itm so that thier capital won't wipe out but as we gain exp and consistency , otms are the best 😍
@@spursound7644 ppl does everything. Intraday and positional. There is no one particular rule to follow. It all depends on individual. One likes 3 mins and other like 1 day time frame. So follow what u like.

I have been searching for this conformation after my calculation of Return for different strike prices which came out to be far OTM strike prices which have the 0.06 delta gives maximum return if we buy it in volume with the maximum lot size. Surprisingly nobody in the TH-cam Mentions this important point.
