They definitely used to be; I had one growing up, and she would take a chunk out of you if you weren't careful. That being said, I am given to understand that breeders have been working on the aggression problem, and they're not nearly as bad now. Regardless, even if they can be a little grumpy, I'd say it's worth it; they have such big personalities!
nah dude dont worry im talking with 1 year of experience with rabbits they dont bite or scratch but make sure to cut their nails rabbits are very clean only IF you potty train them check youtube on how to do that if you potty train them they are the best animals to have they dont attack like dogs or cats if you anger them they will just go to a corner and thump there back foot to show that they are mad at you

Im buying a dwarf rabbit monday. I dont have a garden but the ranbit can roam around in my flat, theres also a indoor cage so she can sleep, eat and poo there.
Bunnies are not meant to be kept in cages, and no they shouldn't be out in the garden without supervision, its people like you who do not do any research and results in having rabbits having bad conditions.
