For newbie, I really recommended jingliu, she Easy to build, Hit like truck, and the best for all she beautifull!!
Jingliu with Blade is still my favorite dual DPS with Ruan Mei and Luocha. My other team is Acheron, Sparkle, Pela and Gepard. Both teams can clear almost any content. And to think that my Jingliu relics are still not yet final is just wow.
I regret skipping sparkle so much. Had to save for Acheron.

it felt kinda weird to assume in multiple parts of the video that everyone's been playin since launch. like, its a popular game but many people only started with the free dr ratio or even version 2. other than that, i really enjoyed the video and it helped a lot since i pulled jing liu on this banner. :D Playing her with bronya is so fun~
Yep, I've been playing since the last days of DHIL, I still haven't got my selector (50 away) and don't have a single copy of resolution. One of the reasons I skipped Acheron was my lack of resolution, paired with no SW or BS. The free Ratio really changed my urge to pull for a second dps.
I got Jing Liu LC this time already had her, now waiting for Sam's and Jade's kits. If they are not that good i might wait for Acheron rerun.
I literally started playing a month ago! I'm at 160 pulls or so on the standard banner if my math is right but I don't have a Bronya yet 😭 it's really unfortunate that Bronya/Ruan Mei/Sparkle are in EVERY team. Where's Hanya and Asta as substitutes 😭
You are in the early game, no need to stress.
That’s fair! As a long time player (since launch) I get there’s a huge bridge from certain levels for artifacts.
(Meaning how your level can affect your builds pretty directly, and that it can be difficult to build characters if you only have certain ones.)
Thankfully if you friend request random people, it can help you with grinding artifacts as well :)
she carried me throughout the game, i just benched her for acheron since insane amounts of damage for her is so seamless

No, what you need is to make a proper choice next banner so that you dont make the same mistake like this. No relics can save year one characters in this game.

I mean, he's not wrong tho. When i first play this game everyone worships Seele and Jing Yuan, now they all got powercrept. Thank god my first investment is on Kafka banner, but i think Jing Liu won't get powercrept for a while and remains the best dps for newbie
Silver Wolf is not meant to run with Jingliu, she is meant to help Acheron now :) At least, in my teams, Silver Wolf is either on the Mono-quantum or Acheron teams. At E0S0, with her Tutorial LC.

do keep in mind ice or quantum 4pc sets are still better, but the 2pc + 2pc combo lets you focuse on other aspects of Jingliu for now, so it's handy
@@ginofactap I know, but my Quantum pieces have been down right terrible with my spd and crit ratio. For now, the 2pc pioneer and spd set have given me what I should’ve had months ago. Now she’s 142 spd instead of 135 and her crit ratio is 46 to 237 instead of 23 to 237. Now I can consistently crit.
@@julianr8544 fair enough, but that's too much spd if you ask me. she's supposed to have atk% boots and pair her with a bronya or a sparkle to compensate, or even a tingyun. hope that helps.
But sparkle needs to have 160 speed, correct? My sparkle is just 138 speed ;( @@ginofactap
Great guide, I just reached soft pity on guarantee so but I'm down to single pulls, so hopefully Jingliu will be coming home soon. One thing that surprised me was that Pela is so far behind Tingyun, does this change with Bronya in the other support slot and the Diver set on Jingliu, since you need a debuff to proc even the 2-pc bonus? (Ruan Mei is tied up with Kafka/BS.)
Got mine within 240 pulls to e4 and i 100% agree! She's insanely strong and since i dont have acheron she will carry me easily till Acheron returns.
after this my jingliu damage went from 5k to 7k thanks a lot
I got super lucky this week. After getting both Acheron and her lightcone, i then got Bronya at 20 pity whilst trying to get my first copy of Pela. I had enough pulls left to guarantee Jingliu so now i have like 4 or 5 characters to build 😅
And I'm not far off being able to buy Bronya's lightcone from the store
Judging from this video my current best teams are:
- Acheron, Fire MC, Guinaifen, Pela
- Jingliu, Bronya, Tingyun, and then either Gepard, Natasha or Gallager since i don't have a multi ally healer

Great vid. Glad debuff set works on her. For now I’m thinking using guin ting aven with her and that 4 piece debuff. Could use welt instead too and put guin with Acheron. Thoughts?
As a new player by pela is tied to Acheron so I’m hoping to pull Bronya in next multi in silver tickets xD since near next pity. 1/14 rolling the dice.
in Acheron team supports deal more damage. In pure damage, Jingliu and Acheron are about the same level, so the ice queen is still on top
I have both Jingliu and Acheron im so happy…my DHIL is now living as a shut-in the Express archives room…at least until i get Sparkle…
Bronya was my first 5 star(after seele). her lightcone was my second 5 star. And I lost 50/50 on acheron to bronya .....yeah i got E1S1 bronya while also having sparkle.
Also i need to fix my jingliu's crit stats. Its surprising but she somehow needs more crit rate for me, she literally has just 15 crit rate while having 240 crit dmg. Its a glacial+RA relic set.
FYI, If you use the new yellow relics, with a ratio roughly of 40-240 CR/CD, and sparkle or bronya, = easy 300k hits and average 190k
Love this video, the only thing is that i do believe ER rope is more important than an atk rope, since she has the ability to get atk% from her hp share ability, youd be overdoing it on atk and instead using er would give you an ult more frequently giving you more dps since you stay in her state longer.
i agree there is nothing more important than staying in her mara struck state imo

Imo, it's still better to just use Attack rope. You're most likely going to be using her with Bronya, so staying/getting her enhanced state back should take no more than 2 turns of Bronya advancing JL.
@@moodiiperson7474 maybe but thats only if your team is extremly skill point efficient and even if that wasnt a probpem, her ult in the enhanced state does alot more dmg so its just extra dmg
I got her at 20 pulls yay!!!! It was 50/50 and Luocha i also got from 50/50.. Acheron was guaranteed pity yayyy im happy
After crying, sweating and pain, I finally manage to farm a decent ice sets for her. ATK 2800, 43% crit rate, 223% crit damage. 123 speed. Only missed the ICE damage sphere, and more speed if I can.
Just a reminder. If you're running jingliu with e2 bronya forget about spd boots, go for atk
18:38 yes, my alt account that coincidently also has Acheron and an E6 Pela, I did not end up pulling Resolution Shines as Pearls of Sweat.
Used Yanqing as my main DPS for a few months (He was my first 5* and I got him twice so I might as well) and managed to get a perfect Glacial Set for him with Rutilant Arena, sadly after I got Kafka and Black Swan I only ever used him in MOC now that Acheron had come out I got her so his perfect Glacial set had been sitting there collecting dust. Now that I have Jingliu I can safely say he will never see those pieces ever again.

How does the diver 2pcs work in this build? Does it work with 2 harmonies in the team, or you need a SW or Pela in the team? I don’t want to waste time to farm ice set…

if you dont use a debuffer maybe its better to use another 2 pcs set
Ruan Mei ult counts as debuff, that and the break should be enough. Of course resolution Pela makes it much easier.
Hoping a reply on my question for jingliu build.
I have Jingliu E0S1 and Bronya E2S0. Should i go with Atk boots as Bronya E2 gives 30% spd (28.8spd) from skill which allows me to maintain 135spd with atk boots.
However, I m worried as when jingliu enters her enhance state after bronya skill, she loses her spd buff.
So is it worth having atk boots over spd boots.
Atack boots. I have her since release and u can just brute force with low speed using bronya. And having eidol9ns on bronya judt makes the atack boots better honestly
how do you calculate jingliu's talent? when i read the description i just get confused. also is it easy to cap out her talent and how easy/hard is it to
Get every unit paired with her, multiply their total hp by 0.04% that's the buff she would get for each one. If it's higher than the cap then use the cap as the buff. Yes it is easy to hit the cap specially since you're running most likely 3 supports with her, or Blade who builds HP.
TLDR, it's a lot of atk no matter what.
A note
Acheron does that to 5 enemies while jingliu doing that damage to 3 enemies
And rhe significant stornger enemies are only two in moc ,,
So in terms of moc ,,
Jingliu does more damage per individual target and is better overall and more efficient than acheron ,,not a lot but just by a bit,,
So ,,,she is still worth pulling,,
She is a bit meh in pf,,but pairing her with some other erudition like herta or himeko can get you ezy 40k,,
And so is acheron in pf,,again pair her with herta or himeko
(Note:both jingliu and ach are stronger on clearing stronger waves of bosses,and the side minions be cleared by others like herta or himeko)
So pull anyone u like
There is no diff in them
And in terms of f2p friendliness
Both are peak ,acheron being a bit easier and having better artif sets for beginners 😅

Did you say there are no excuses to not having Bronya? I DO have Bronya, but it was a random pull. Are you telling people to waste their stellar jade on the standard banner? If not it could take a year to a 1 1/2 years of playing to get the chosen 5 star. If so, stop telling people to do this.
Nice is since shes so skill point effective she can slot into a sub dps position later using a team like new dps ruan mei huo huo and jing liu

Which sustains can work with JL bronya RM team? I have e1s1 bronya and I find that with lynx I am running out of skill points. Is Fu Xuan sp positive enough?

Great guide I sub immediately but if your not using her with Pela or a debuff how your gonna get the bonus of diver? My Pela is on my Acheron team so not sure
Ruan Mei ult counts as debuff, so that and break is already 2. Diver set is not BiS but still good enough with 2. Honsstly, I recommend just crafting the ice set regardless, she barely needs good subs, just a bit of spd and as much CD as you can get.

I have just started playing HSR a week ago and I got very lucky and pulled e2s1 jingliu within like 70 pulls (f2p). I wish I could get ruan mei 😭for now I don't even have pela so I run with tingyun, gepard and lynx. I wonder if we will ger ruan mei banner anytime soon

So quick question? Whenever im looking up videos i mostly get confused sadly idk of mine still is decent or bad. Is my jingliu good already besides crit rate??:

CRIT RATE: 19,1% (i know its low/needs more)
CRIT DMG: 227 %
Energy regennrate: 119,4%
Ice dmg bonus 48,8%
Using the 4x glacial forest + 2x rutiliant arena relic sets with the maxed lightcone (on the fall of aeon)
I dont recomend energy regeneration on her. Needs at least 30% crit rate for planar set 20% damage boost to activate. And atack is judt too low. She needs way more. Dont be afraid of replacing speed pieces woth others with more atack. Mine has 109 speed and does just fine

Great detailed analysis. Very underrated channel. At this point in the game, I’d say E0S0 is the best bang for the buck investment. I still use my E0S1 every MoC/PF. I only see her dropping off if they introduce more ice resistant enemies. As long as you aren’t a brand new player, all primos optimally should be spent on Acheron or Harmony/Nihility supports. Any rolls on limited sustains net the least bang for the buck and are entirely for simp or convenience factor, considering you can 36 star 100% of the time with existing 4 star or standard banner sustains. 2.0 has massive power creep, so pulling on eidolons for 1.0 DPS units is just bad.
thank you!!! i do disagree on the sustain point though. personally, i think getting 2 limited 5* sustains actually gets you the most value, since enemies in HSR hit HARD. natasha can't solo sustain, fire TB gets by with acheron since acheron clears so fast, otherwise he/she ain't enough, & lynx works but just barely. even one of the more outdated sustains like luocha makes a HUGE difference
i think jingliu will be powerful for at least another year before she drops off imo
So I happen to have Bronya E2, does that change my ideal speed for JL and/or Bronya?
You can run 164 speed Bronya with 140 speed Jingliu, but it's only increase in 2 or more cycles. Overall, JL AA just screws it up too much for it to matter, so I wouldn't really bother with it. With DDD shenanigans it might be more viable, but I am 100% sure you would have not written this comment if you considered that. Also, 107 speed JL with ATK boots is an option, but it's a sidegrade one, since you miss out on her technique and 1 enchanted skill in the first cycle (but hey, that's Sparkle + Bronya without Sparkle)
I got many supports that want wind and now I got a reason to farm the ice one so I think I will farm genius to improve the set seele graciously donated

No speed boots if with sparkle. yes speed boots if with bronya.

@@kelvinle8662 what is the reasoning, to me it makes no sense since sparkle only has 50% action advance but bronya has 100%, so she literally does this job better than sparkle.
Are shielders good with jing liu? Aren't they stopping her life leech?
no shielders don't stop the life drain. You only need to pay attention that you keep your shields up as much as possible so that you do not tank too much damage from enemies on top. With her leech and the enemy damage you will face more pressure. That's all. Healers do tend to do here a little better.
Team her with Sparkle and Bronya and she attacks like crazy
I wouldn’t say no excuses on bronya standard banner, I’ve still yet to pull a Clara and a Gerard, and I’ve been playing since release😭😭😭

There is something else about Jingliu vers Acheron. Jingliu as an ice element, can froze enemies, delaying their attacks.

8:25 me… but with gepard. Every character C1 minimum (yanqing C3) all light cones except welt and bronya, (3x clara cones) but NOT ONE COPY OF GEPARD, HIS CONE IS LEVELED AND WAITING
Who's the better sustain, Huohuo or Luocha (both at E0)? Running Jingliu, Bronya, and Ruan Mei
HuoHuo sustains better, but is more SP heavy
Luocha sustains worse, but is more SP efficient

It’s so depressing playing jingliu without bronya😢. My regular banner is 141/300, I started around 2.1 but still it’s so slow😕
I think Glacial Forrest is worth to farm, because u know, in some situations, 4pcs Eagle is needed for some supports
Never really needed outside of 0 cycle comps, but sure it doesn't hurt to have a set.
@@Hreimdal I still use eagle on my 140s speed Pela. And helps me a lot getting more frequent ultimate on my slow Acheron and didn't even use Sparkle..
My Jingliu still doing 60k with Bronya skill forward up to 3 enemy’s with having 200 cd 🔥

My jingliu have 3k attack 40.8% crit rate, 223.9 Crit damage. Shes using 4 piece ice set and rutilent arena. Shes also using her sign lc. Is that stats good enough?
go for 240 crit dmg since you have her lc

I swear my ruan mei + bronya clears everything slower than my sparkle + either tingyun or pela. My Bronya is e3s1, ruan mei e0 with s5 memories and my sparkle is e0s1. Sparkle team is also easier to play since I have plenty of sp to use and I can spam skill with the other support but idk maybe its a skill issue...

units who play with sparkle should run ATK boots since sparkle advances them forward
@@Juice-chan and Bronya doesn't? Bronya literally does this job better(she has 100% advance forward, while Sparkle has only 50%) yet for some reason you say "ATK for Sparkle, but Speed for Bronya". Makes no sense whatsoever. If anything, it should be the opposite, since Bronya advances MORE, we should have ATK boots on JL, and since Sparkle advances LESS, we should have speed boots for JL. Or maybe both speed boots, since from my tests Sparkle(136)+Jingliu(139 speed) worked better than Sparkle(136)+Jingliu(with atk boots), but both Sparkle+JL worked worse than Bronya(138)+Jingliu(139).
19:21 I don't think it's fair to compare Welt sustain to Galagher. You are sacrifising a true sustain unit just to fit in Sparkle, meaning this is the most offensive comp for e0 Archeron. In comparison Galagher doesn't give any offensive buffs, compared to HuoHuo or Fu Xuan. What I am trying to say is that the 22% damage difference is a bit misleading
This is a problem though that Acheron is missing a puzzle piece. I mentioned that Welt sustain is iffy to play but it is a legit team that people use. And once that puzzle piece arrives in the next month or 2 that diff 22% will at least still remain if not even getting bigger! But now Acheron will have access to a fully-fledged sustain and any harmony unit she can wish for.
@@Juice-chanBut the point is Jingliu having a non-damage-beneficial sustain in her comp because Gallagher doesn't offer any offensive utility, unlike Welt. And it's even labeled as a "High Investment" comparison. I don't quite understand why anyone would want Gallagher for Jingliu. Am I wrong?
Why is 2pc Diver so good on her if she prefers harmony units? (I.e. works with less debuffs)

If you can build her with insane dmg stats u dont need speed. Like 3000 atack 40%CR and 230% crit damage kind of stuff. Besides that case u need speed

There is no "D" in Aventurine
I got both archeron and Jing Liu but I can't seem to see how Acheron is so much stronger, Looks like Archeron only does good damage at her ultimate, and jing keeps on pumping damage and energy effects from bosses and from SU don't work for archeron, Maybe I need to build my sparkle (and archeron) better or something to see the real Archeron power.
I feel archeron is 10 times stronger than jingliu? My jingliu only deals 40k when ultimate while my archeron deals 600k damage (yes, 600k not 60k), e2s1 though. Maybe I built jingliu wrong

Probably bc at low investment relics, Jing Liu is MUCH easier to build given the CR and ATK boosts she gets, if you slap a crit body she's good to go. As you get the proper relics for Acheron that impression should go away
I have E1S1 Acheron with 70/150 cr/cd ratio in a Acheron/Galagher/Pela/Welt team and Acheron does 150-200k damage there (with all buffs), while Jingliu E0S1 at 40/218 cr/cd in a Jingliu/Lynx/Bronya/Pela team does around 100k damage E and 150k damage Q. My supports are half built, but dps's have lvl 80, 8/10 traces and signature sets (I am a newer player btw). Now it isn't max investment, but "relatable" for around a month of farming for each. I also have Sparkle or Tingyun but it doesn't change much with them, and Jingliu feels kind of better to play with Pela and Bronya, so I use them.
@@twothreeoneoneseventwoonefour5 I've been running my Jingliu with Bronya RM HuoHuo for months now, so I'm kinda disconnected how she performs with more f2p units, I got Bronya very early in the game. I play since last days of DHIL (1.3 I think) and to this day I don't have the resolution LC for Pela 🤣 so I don't use her that much
Is jingliu the only DPS unit that prefers bronya over sparkle?

Hey! So for the relics, does longevous disciple work with jingliu? I have been farming that set like crazy (and the other sets works with supports) and just assumed it was good for her. I just want to know if it matters or not.
Don't know if it's a troll or not but no, she doesn't need hp. The set that comes with disciple is a decent 2 piece for her to hit the spd thresholds, pair it with crafted ice set or 2 piece diver.

Unless it's fast Bronya (160+), go for spd boots.

@@twothreeoneoneseventwoonefour5 you can check the charts yourself, basically you get less turns if you're running a standard Bronya (134) and atk boots JL.
Speed tuning Bronya is an art, bc she advances herself on normal attack and can offset the order. Check the charts on Bronya, or a guide here on yt how to tune her.
@@rafael_lana I am questioning the credibility of those "charts". If Bronya LITERALLY has more action advance than Sparkle, 100%(Bronya) vs 50%(Sparkle) it makes NO sense that one(Bronya) should have speed boots and the other(for some god knows what reason) don't. It doesn't make any sense, so I am questioning why people are making shit up. I would not be surprised if the "charts" are just wrong for one reason or another and people are believing them blindly for no reason.
@@twothreeoneoneseventwoonefour5 the one with spd boots is Jing Liu. Bronya usually doesn't use spd boots when you have enough subs. When speedtuning correctly, you can make it so Sparkle 50% is the same as Bronya. When advancing with Bronya, you often "overcap" the advance, the unit doesn't need 100% to get on top of the line.
The charts are correct literally used by many thousands of people, reviewed by dozens who had the patience to put the math in. You can test them yourself, just put the spds there and watch how it does exactly what's supposed to.
mine is currently at 3k attack, 250% cdmg, 30% crit chance. Gotta put the investment on Sparkle and Bronya. They are 136 and 135 speed *sigh*
