High-Frequency Glulam Plant - Two Storey

To increase capacity and make the most of the space at the customers’, two high-frequency presses - each weighing 40 tons - are placed on top of each other. A large paternoster system in front of the presses lifts the glued lamellas to the upper press and an elevator system transports the finished glulam beams from the upper press back again to the ground floor.
The great advantage is that the two press lines can use the same finishing system - just as they can use the same glue application system in front of the plant.
The plant has a capacity of 450 m3 per shift.
