Beautiful drape but when some one can help you putting the Saree on and wearing it on your own is a 2 different things. It is not easy to do what you are showing . I wish you make a video yourself wearing a Saree.

Thanx ma'am...My issues are these
1) Cotton saree borders tend to fold inside from the back,exposing the petticoat,fall and also my heels.
2) At times when the saree is heavy,the pleats start coming out from the front,despite pinning the front pleats.
3) Have still not found a safety pin which I can use in chiffon saree draping....The thick head itself of the pin gets lodged in the folds and I have torn many a saree trying to take out these pin heads.
4) When trying to drape lighter chiffons and georgettes,the pleats keep slipping out of my hand..somehow someone is always needed to pleat those sarees...I cant do it on my own ....thats a big inconvenience.
And
5) I know you may not be able to help me with this last point..but please tell me the correct way to get into a car in a saree and also to climb up and down a higher vehicle like jeep or gypsy or Innova in a saree with elegance and without looking clumsy.
If you use a small piece of paper when safety pin the chiffon saree it will stop holes and tears .
Pin through the paper then into fabric then back through paper before closing the pin.
This way the paper acts as a block between the saree and pin. Stop the saree getting stuck in the the pin lock or pin loop which are usually where sarees get stuck and rip.
Keep weight on back of your cotton saree, with good fall, iron and starch the saree bottom to stop folding and wear a non pleated smooth petticoat that is ironed.
If your pleats come out during to heavy saree wearing. your petticoat needs to be tight. Breath in when tying and pin the pleats through your petticoat as well. Hope this helps.

Hi. Open pallu sari is always looks good. But as per my experience one hand is totally locked to carry the pallu. You have to keep your one hand in half bended possision. Any idea for this situation? Thanks.

Hello Dolly, your instructions seem very simplea nd easy but I just cannot do the part where you have to hand over the extra part from one side of pleats to the other side. I just cannot find the space. I tried doing it again and again but alas failed. 😢

Really admire your work but the camera work on all your videos is not good. The camera is too far and saree hacks need to be captured in focus (zoom)so that the audience can actually see what is to be done

This is not the simple method of draping kanjeevaram and banarees sarees . This is a very coplicated way of wearing a saree.
