Agility would be the main way. Bench press wont make you agile and aware of your body, much like jumping jacks wont develop leg strength as well as barbell squats. So basically its important for a fighter to develop many kinds of strength/conditioning. These drills will help with that.

i have a question. if i want to use this drills for a circle training should i divide them in groups of 10 and do every drill 45 seconds and 15 seconds pause? or i just want to know how are you using this drills in your training. P.S i don't want to use them for warmup drills

what is the benefit of practicing these movements
Connor Guinness a lot of these mimic some bjj movements and benefit your bjj. take the scorpion for example. it can help your long step pass. the seals help keep your hips to the mat to help your pressure when on Mount or side control. the monkeys help with guard passing, etc

test yourself and find out. as much as you can but never over due it
try 45 seconds on, then 20 seconds rest.

All the moves is only for body training, to get agility, endurance and conditioning, is not to use in a fight, only if you want.
