The splicing looks machine finished to me. Sharp peaks instead of rounded ones. Not that it makes any real difference. What was the surprise NIc?
May not have been a finished cue. Can't remember mentioning a surprise but have you watched all the videos in this series?
Bob Snooker Which cue? The ones in this video didn't look pointy sharp to me. They look rounded enough to be hand made to my eyes.
