You were right - great workout! I was worried about oversinging so I used the cup technique and alternated every second pattern. Wow - it sure does help AND I reach even higher in my range with no effort. Keeping a cup handy all the time now.
Hi! I just find your channel and i love it ❤ I am working on to relax my belly and my Breaking between the head voice and chest voice . I am a beginner and cant sing very high. I write a lot and try to make my own music. But it is hard to Create a song that have oh.. how to say this in english 😂 it feels very flat .. like nothing happen if you understand what i am trying to expand 😅 I listen to you every day and it feels like i found my youtube teacher ❤

Hi Kathleen, your videos are really helping, thanks a lot! You may want to add the vah-vah exercise to the list below the video... I think it's missing.
Hi, really enjoyed this workout but felt I was moving my jaw too much. I had to make you really big to see how much your jaw was moving. Then I tried to hold it more still. Is most of the work done with the tongue. Have you any tips for keeping the jaw more still please?
Hmmm that's hard to say without seeing, since everyone is bit different, and we want to find a place that is relaxed for everyone. Lots of folks to over-open their mouths, but some also don't open them enough. Maybe see if there's anything in one of these that helps? th-cam.com/video/iKAnNY6Erjs/w-d-xo.html th-cam.com/video/MjTJlVk-FrY/w-d-xo.html
