    Nicely explained. Would be great if you can provide product suggestions for switch and deco mesh.
    Also, is the wifi from act also enabled or wifi is enabled from mesh only?

    Your explanations are good sir but the parking area lan cabling looks a little mess. I suggest to put a network rack so that it will be nicely arranged.

    At @16:12 it seems like you brought the cat6 cable from an electrical box where there will be electrical wires right?
    Is it safe for Ethernet cable because I want to bring my cat6 cable like that only from my 2nd floor to 1st floor.
    I want to know is it safe because everywhere on internet it says it's not safe to do that and at least 4 inches or 8 inches gaps should be there for electric cable and Ethernet cable if they are coming from same conduit.
    Can you please reply to this? @BinodSumanActivity

    Have you thought to run a bigger switch managed to isolate the WAP from the router and prevent bad network from the good network? That’s my debate right now

    In the setup shown in the video you have used deco mesh systems. Is it possible to use ethernet backhaul with them?

    What if you set one of the deco mesh as router? Would the switch be connected to the deco or to the old router?

    @Binod - Awesome video man!. I do have few questions. A. Can we connect all 3 mesh router with cat6 cable? [I know you just connected 1st floor mess router with cat6 cable]? B. What is the max capacity [like it can transfer 400 MBPS or 800 MBPS] of mesh router? C. On 2nd floor, when you are connect your laptop with mesh router - what is the max speed do you get? D. In your internet plan, what is your speed?

    • @vipultewari1750
      @vipultewari1750 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes. Wired backhaul is far better than wireless backhaul. All Deco mesh routers support wired backhaul. In this particular case....u can connect each of the decos individullay to the ground floor switch OR daisy chain them i.e
      , Ground fllor deco to 1st floor, then 1st floor to the second... assuming the particular decos have at least 2 ports in them. In -fact, if the decos support POE then no need to plug them to the adapter...use a poe switch on the ground floor and then connect each deco individually via ethernet to the poe switch....u will have a wired backhaul and power to all 3.

    • @88universe
      @88universe 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@vipultewari1750if you do this it's like you split them individually so I was wondering if you would still have one wifi password (one whole system)? Because if yes it's best to wire all the pods, you can set them far apart no need to connect them together (to find each other) 🤔

    Thank you, one question. Are the deco mesh devices essentially just APs? (Access Points)

    • @kevinerosa
      @kevinerosa 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It can be configured as a router or access point.

    Can the deco mesh be connected to wired connection to get higher internet speeds? If not, will there be a drop in the speed of wifi at GF and SF ?

    • @dipanshusabharwal
      @dipanshusabharwal 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Definitely. Ethernet backhaul is much stable and fast. But the whole point of mesh is to achieve better connectivity wireless, without the hassles of wires.

    So why use switches when a splitter can do the same job 🤔🤔🤔. Or I'm wrong. Isn't possible to run a cable all the way to the main source and then distribute it with splitters?
