With my little knowledge, i thought the purpose of an inspection in loco is meant to verify what has been described before court, not to just go point out what you failed to describe. An inspection in loco also arises when there's a dispute over the description between the parties. The problem in this case is that the witness hadn't described it in his evidence in chief.
The cellphone number mentioned in court doesn't belong to Ntanzi and the accused happens to know the longtime owner of the said number. Baloyi delays 205 intentionally and if it was the defense with such an excuse today, I wonder what the so-called Judge could've said about black lawyers as if he's not black himself.
I don't think he has supporting documents as required by the law. I noticed Baloyi and Sibanda body language spoke volumes. Did you notice Ratha wasn't angry asusual because the delays are caused by his golden boy Vaseline.

There's a guy I know here in Cape town who actually does fake bank statements for loans,fake ID's,drivers license etc. So for Gininda them its really not rocket science.
