- I used my Canon Powershot A810 video camera and tripod to film all of the clips in this video at Manchester Airport in August 2014. I used Windows Movie Maker to edit all of the raw video clips I filmed to create this video here, which only uses content I myself filmed and fully own. I filmed all of the videos on runway 05R /23L.

Probably was a long flight to Manchester and the pilots wanted to wake the passengers for faster deplaning at the gate.
New subscriber here. This is one of those you-tube videos that you don't plan on watching but end up watching the whole thing. Why so many Virgin Atlantic? Was it the same fotage?
Tampa0123456789 1. Virgin Atlantic is a british airline, so there will be a lot of them and 2. I think the landings were shot across different days, so that may explain that.

It’s crazy how similar in size the 77W is to the 744.
@Butterlandings001 The 744 may be 4 meters shorter but it has the upper deck to make up for that size difference. The 77W may have a greater wingspan but the 747 has a greater wing area, they're quite similar!
That's how the B777-300ER killed the 4 engined A340-600 of similar size

I watched more landing videos and 80% of etihad pilots hard landed. Ofcourse this at 2:20 is one of the worstest. But most of them are doing as the guy from 0:20.
