I know, Chicago is completely fine, just because there is a higher death rate than normal in the shitty area doesn't mean there's some drastic change or problem.
This situation in Chicago (the city that I live in) seams more complicated than it appears to be. One thing is for sure, gun control does not have any effect since criminals and gang members don't mind 3 years in prison. Money would not help since economy needs to be build on will and safety of the community. Best thing I can say is that there needs to be a change in attitude in the Chicago black community. It seams as though this people are traped in a mind set that is designed and shaped to set them back spinning in circles without getting people anywhere good. Naturally, when people don’t have any opportunities, have nothing to do or can’t thrive in their communities, they turn to violence, drugs, or illegal activities. Bring opportunities and job to these areas and the problems will go down.
