The acting section, one could argue that Aqua's acting is more impressive because while yes, Ayanokoji is very convincing, he's ultimately deceiving students who while smart aren't experienced enough to see through an act, at least not as well as actual professional actors.
I would agree that Ayanokoji is probably better, but if we're going purely off of feats, then Aqua should realistically be an overall better actor just considering the kinds of people they "fake" their behaviours around.
I think you forgot about kiyotaka's UIE feat against Tsukishro. While Tsukishro and Shiva had cornered ayanokoji in I2, ayanokoji started to observe and analyse them to get an idea of how to fight them.
Tsukishro had completely seen through ayanokoji and even comments "have you completed your analysis kiyotaka kun".
But this was a trick by kiyotaka, as he had knocked out nagumo and was just holding them off so that Teachers (like Mashima and chabashira) could reach that are and help.
Ayanokoji was actively Analysing them and ALLOWED Tsukishro to see through his Analysis, to avoid Tsukishro learning about his counterplan

Kushida is still really good at acting, and especially Takuya who is easily the best out of everyone in the series.
Not to mention, the students in COTE simply have better overall emotional intelligence feats, while also having a better grasp at psychology, which we see with the class leaders, Ichika, Takuya, Nagumo, Tsukishiro and especially Ayanokoji
