A really good and honest video. Some very good photos. I look forward to new content from you and exploring your older content. I have the X100V and perhaps strangely I am interested in getting a X10.
Thank you! Yes I really think you should give a good old x10 a try! Especially for the price you can get it used, many times in great condition! I enjoy x100v more and more but I cant wait to put my hand on x10 again! It might be difficult after all modern stuff that x100v have to offer but there is something that just works better in this old piece of tech :) Cheers! ✌😁
Nice to see you out and about again. I'm curious about this new journey of yours, although with the winter darkness where you are, it's probably not the best time of the year. I know what you mean about the X10 and being able to overcome its limitations. When you know a camera really well, you know instantly what the best settings are, and the X10 is an incredibly flexible camera to use. I'm just starting to get to know my new camera as well (XT20), and I intend to put it through its paces for night photography and of Christmas decorations during the next few weeks. Let's see if we can both come up with some festive photos.
Thanks! Its start to feel like x100v biggest limitation its the fixed lens. I am not exactly cropping in post type of person. I am curious myself where this gonna lead. The dark season have its charm, but soon I am leaving Norway for few weeks, hard to decide which camera bring with me for my holidays😅.
Shooting in grey weather is really blah no matter how good the gear is unless you really like it. I often shoot in black and white and then the pictures are netter.
Yes, gray weather can be really difficult for a photographer, I try to look for some funny details, or interesting situations, but you are right B&W usually works better :)
