I do think there are singers/musicians/artists nowadays that are pure genius that do and don't use voice modifiers. Why do you think you are superior and your opinion defines what music is and what isn't? Taste in music can never be objective, it's always subjective. Therefore, music was music back then, just as music is music nowadays. Stop feeling like you belong to some elitist group of people who understood what good music is and that today's music is crap. It's your opinion, that's all it is and your taste is not better or worse than anyone else's - no matter what they like to listen to.

I followed his career and struggles and was so happy when he finally found love and peace within. His music inspires me!
