Aburi has become one of the popular areas in Ghana due to its lush greenery, beautiful mountains and cool weather. This morning i went on a hike on a popular hiking trail around here. I hope you enjoy these casual laid back glimpses of my experiences living in Ghana.

The plants on the road side is called Royal palm
The fruit is edible They are type of African Palm Fruit so are dates and coconuts. We have a tree that produces the same here on the Southern United States where I live. It stays warm here almost year round except for 3 months out of the year. Loves your scenic walk in the hills of Ghana excellent video my love. Well done

This is such a pleasant and peaceful looking place. The air look so fresh and clean. I'm a ext track runner I ran for years after track. I change from run to walking stairs. Walking 12 flights of stairs up and down 5 times as fast as you can without stopping feels like a five mile jog it only takes about 20minutes. Great cardio and lower body workout. Easy on the joints. Sister we saw you run down the hill but not up. Is that cheating😂❤ Thanks Jasmine for sharing the video.

Jasmine I think those fruits are actually palm dates...you know those dried dates in the shops, this is how they start out before they are dried.

Sorry but I like running, it sometimes hurt but I like how I feel after a run. My favorite type of cardio machine is the stair master.

Beautiful content. Where you're taking your walk is called PEDUASE, just past Ayi mensah and not ABURI. Both exciting towns are part of the Akuapem Ridge, commonly know as "MOUNTAINS".
Running 🏃 is my favorite thing to do at the gym I run for 6 miles and do squad and lift weights 3 times a week is a beautiful thing but I'm addicted to it currently.

People are not supposed to be buildi g on that cliff slide, but as usual the authorities turn a blind eye. Later on erosian and landslides are going to be an issue. Falling rocks and movements of the cliffs are already an issue.
