We did lose our baby at 23 weeks.. and if I could give any advice it would be to enjoy every moment of the pregnancy. Do everything you want to do because even if the worst happens, she is your daughter and you deserve to celebrate her life whether she lives for 90 years or one hour ❤️
FleurDeVlog when we get pregnant again I will be sharing my joy with everyone immediately :) now that I have experienced loss I find the whole '12 week rule' to be a bit silly. Nobody should have to suffer the loss of a baby alone and nobody should have to keep their joy about being pregnant a secret. So keep on buying all of those cute baby clothes and never think 'it's too early'. You love your daughter and you shouldn't feel guilty about that excitement :) I'm excited for you! ❤️ xoxo
Your beautiful and lovely comment actually made me tear up. This is the best life advice, to anyone, pregnant or not actually. I'm sending lots of love over to you ♥
Omg that sink cupboard will save your life! It's like the weirdest thing if it wasn't a nursery but because it's a nursery it makes it the coolest thing ever. More people should think of that!
Fleur It's so lovely to see you excited and happy planning everything, there's nothing wrong with starting early, I can just tell you and Mike are going to be amazing parents! 🌸💞 You mentioned in another video you'd stopped using Retinol while pregnant, it would be great to see a video about what you're using and what you're not using in your beauty routine and food wise. 😘😘
Thank you! :) And thanks for the request! I've been thinking about doing a 'Pregnancy Routine' video next month as I've definitely stepped down the skincare, but majorly stepped UP the body care! :) Watch this space! Thanks for watching xx
And the lovely feeling when the sickness stops is the best , I loved the middle stage of pregnancy, no sickness , feeling flutters , hearing the heartbeat , right I need to stop I'm getting broody again and I'm done having babies 😂
Hey Fleur I cannot describe how happy I am for you and Mike. Cannot wait to see this little girl after she's born. I can already tell she's going to be a little mini you.
It is lovely to see how excited you are. I felt much the same when I had my two children. I think the worry that something will go wrong is a normal part of being a mother. Loving seeing your journey xx
Have you thought about taking the doors off of the cupboards of the changing and sink areas? At least while she's small, I'm sure that would make things much easier.
My sister is pregnant for the first time also, she says that an extremely stressful aspect of pregnancy is the unsolicited advice coming from everywhere, and not always delicate. Everyone as an opinion about your pregnancy and feel somehow involved. I can totally see this here in the comments, it must be really hard with social media Fleur. Stay concentrated on you, your close family and friends and doctors. I love to see you sharing and evolving during this special time, i hope this can stay a pleasure for you, you don't need the stress of others.
Girl I'm 28 weeks with twins and I can't say I've felt more exhausted in my life but don't worry about your weight. If your daughter is healthy, 10 fingers 10 toes, all is well. ❤️
That sink in the closet is brilliant! I've never seen such a thing like that. I'm so happy to hear you're feeling better. I look forward to the hauls etc. thank you for sharing your journey with all of us. I've been watching you since your beginning days & I'm just so happy for you & Mike. 💖💖💖 hugs, Summer xo
It's so normal to be worried about bad things happening at the beginning of your pregnancy. I remember being so worried, I hardly left the house! But mummy de force is absolutely correct, it's likely nothing bad will happen. Just relax and enjoy this magical time!
Fleur it's your first Baby, shout it from the roof tops, do what you want to do, don't let anyone dull your sparkle and enjoy every moment of it. It's a lovely time and it will all come together. Congratulations to you both again... 💕
Don't worry about weight gain. Just eat healthy and you will be fine. I gained 21 pounds and my daughter was born 1 month early and weighed 7 pounds 4 ounces. I thought they messed up the date but they said you can tell she was early because of certain issues she had. Nothing horrible. Have fun setting up the nursery. Xx
Stacy Lamb I agree, I put on about a stone and a half in total (not sure exactly) and I had a healthy 9lb baby. Also (if you choose to and are able to) breastfeeding just melts the weight right off you :-D
It's so wonderful to see you so excited and blissfully happy. You're literally glowing. I hope everything continues to be positive and happy throughout your pregnancy; it's going to be amazing to see you become a Mother. Xx
Enjoy every minute! You do what makes you happy especially in this time because it goes by so fast! People used to tell me wait til you're six months to get things sorted and I'm glad I didn't listen because after six months I started to feel tired. So enjoy the ENTIRE journey and have fun with everything!
Fleur when u found out I was pregnant many moons ago, I knew I wasn't going back to work afterwards, I wanted to stay at home for the first 2 years and I was lucky I could do that so as soon as I found out I was pregnant I started buying most things that I would need and got the nursery ready very early on because I also knew I wouldn't have a wage coming in once he arrived. Your not jinxing anything. My philosophy is that if something is going on o happen it will happen whether you have bought anything or not. Enjoy being pregnant and enjoy the excitement of carrying your new baby and everything else that comes with it. If planning ahead makes you happy then that is good for you and your baby💙
I'm so excited for you! As a physician, I emphatically second some of the comments made by others regarding alcohol consumption during pregnancy. There is always a chance of harm to a fetus with any alcohol, no matter how small the amount. Better to just wait until she's born, though of course this is ultimately a personal decision. If I know any small thing about you from the years of watching you, I admire and respect your intelligence, and I know you've likely put enormous thought into it. Do many of us have anecdotes about people we know who drank a little during pregnancy? Sure; but do any of us want to think we might be the case where it ended up leading to harm? No. Another example is smoking cigarettes and weighing the risk of lung cancer or emphysema. Many people do not believe there is a connection, despite what we have seen happen in so many people, and others will never smoke because they do not want to incur the risk. Have I seen other medical professionals smoke? Yes, and while I wouldn't do it myself, it is not my decision to make for them. Lifestyle choices are individual, but there are certainly no absolutes when it comes to potentially risky behaviors. As individuals, we can only do what we can with the information available, then decide for ourselves what level of risk we are willing to accept and act accordingly. I send healthy family wishes your way!
The genuine elation is all over your face, Fleur! It's beautiful to watch. :) You go right ahead and prepare for your little bundle all you want. You have a Christmas baby coming and that's going to be hectic enough as it is. I know, I had one too!
Hi Fleur, I have a 14 month old and I'm still worried! It's part of the job 🙂 Absolutely thrilled for you and Mike and so excited to follow you on this journey, sorta feel like I have grown up watching you guys and following your story. Xx
I'm so happy for you and Mike I've been watching you guys videos for years and I'm so happy finally someone is having a baby after so many years of being on TH-cam
It's so nice to see how happy you are. You and Mike will be great parents and your daughter will have a loving home to grow up in. Can't wait to see your journey... Thanks for sharing it with us!
So lovely to hear the news Fleur. Congratulations to you both. This little girl of yours is one lucky lady! Try to put those doubts to the back of your mind and just do whatever makes you feel happy whenever you feel ready. There's nothing wrong with being organised as those last few weeks can be exhausting! All the clothes you have bought are lovely including the 'Darth De force's but don't spend too much because the newborn clothes come in by the truck load when your little one arrives! I remember having a new dress/outfit everyday for the first three months without needing to wash anything! Literally just buy the white vests and sleep suits and you will be sorted!! Can't wait . . . Sending our love xxxx
You are just radiant, Fleur! What an exciting time for you and Mike :D It's lovely following along your journey, and I am seriously loving these little pregnancy chats haha! x
The one thing I suggest you purchase for baby de force is a fisher price rock n play. It is the most amazing place for a newborn to sleep. Something about the way it's shaped just makes them so snuggled in, all 3 of my kids started sleeping thru the night at 4-6 weeks. Congratulations again!!
Congratulations guys! Would you consider doing a 'how you get organised/plan your time to be productive' video? You are always so busy and seem very on top of your schedule, would love to see some tips, especially now there's a little one on the way! Xx
Fleur, have you considered switching the doors of the closet, especially the middle and the left one ? That way you would have French style doors for the clothes and a simple door for the sink cabinet. It would make your life incredibly easier when you are going to have to organise the closet. That sink is going to make your life so much easier when the baby is going to arrive, you can always remove it to gain extra storage when she is older
Hi Fleur, I see your videos and still can't find the words to express how happy I am for the 2 of you. It may seen stupid but it's like we, your subscribers, are also part of this wonderful journey that you, Mike, your families and personal friends are doing, and I'm so happy!!!!!!!!! Can't wait for the next vlog 😍 😘
I love the look of the room - the curtains and walls are great. All that needs to be done is to remove everything that isn't needed. You can do the decorating after you've had a leisurely look for what will be nice. A bassinet for your bedroom will be all that you'll need to buy first and a car seat to bring your darling girl home. You look great and glad everything sounds positive so please relax and keep smiling. xx
Never too early to organize! Its nice to have things done so you can relax toward the end. So handy to have a sink right in the room! If anything gets dirty and you don't have time to get a whole load of laundry going (in the night, on your way out the door etc) you could just throw it in the sink to soak with some stain remover!
Hi Fleur, I'm so happy your feeling so well in yourself. I'm so excited to see the upcoming hauls of little baby girls things, equipment and maternity cloths. And I'm loving the room you've chosen for the nursery, I just know it will be so beautiful when it's ready for your wee bundle of joy.... until your next update 💕🌸👶🏻🌹🌺💕👶🏻🌹xxxxxxxxx
I'm enjoying the chats so much, letting us be a part of your journey is really wonderful and exciting! Thank you Fleur ♥ P.S. try to ignore all the people that are going to give you ridiculous advise about your pregnancy and just listen to your closest friends and family, they're the people that really know and love you.
I can hardly wait to see how you're going to decorate up the nursery!! I always love your home heals and decor updates on things b/c I think you and Mike have great decoration taste when it comes to home improvement and I just know already this little cutie is going to have the BEST room! Are y'all going with a theme, or just putting in baby decorations that you really like? Also putting things in the closet as a designated changing area is such a great tip on saving space, so thanks for that! Hope y'all had a great holiday. Take care!
I'm loving these little chats and can't wait for more content ! Enjoy every moment of your pregnancy because you are radiant and so excited it's so cute ! xx
We all gain different amounts in pregnancy and at different stages. I'm 32 weeks and have gained 7lbs so far....that's normal for me. My sister in law is 20 weeks and has gained 12 so far. All normal. I hate to say but that worry doesn't really go away when you're pregnant, you're growing precious cargo and even now, every day I have a little worry she's not ok....this is my second child....Breathing techniques are a lifesaver all through pregnancy, birth and the fourth/rest of their lives trimester. It's great you have a lovely network of support for all the normal pregnancy anxieties and I hope you continue to talk about how you're feeling. I feel shite right now.....I've had hyperemesis through this pregnancy as well as my first and am completely exhausted running around after my toddler whilst going into hospital for drips etc as constant sickness is a total bitch. My family live quite far so our support network is small, trying to do this almost alone is exhausting but I still can't wait to meet my little girl!
Fleur so happy for you. I am in my third trimester now and I actually feel really good so don't worry;) You might feel amazing for the most of your pregnancy. Enjoy your holidays and please do more hauls and baby related videos as this is all I am watching whilst expecting my first baby 😘
Ahh it is so lovely to see the beginnings of the nursery! What a special treat! My sons nursery is my favorite room of our house because it's the only one I've decorated from top to bottom. Enjoy enjoy enjoy!!
Fleur love watching the updates. Please keep them coming. I want to see every haul you do for this pregnancy whether for yourself or baby deforce. Also, I am praying for you, Mike and the baby. She will be born perfect so let your heart rest. 💞🌼
I am so so happy that you share your journey with us! I just got pregnant (8weeks) and these kind of videos is what I feed on right now😂 Do more hauls, especially maternity wear or maybe a lookbook, I need inspo! 😘
Babe you're really starting to glow! I'm due to give birth on the 30th August and these chats are just ace I love them! We're so lucky 🍀 enjoy every second because it really goes so quickly 😘
Looking gorgeous Fleur!! So happy for you and Mike, you're gonna make such amazing parents!! Looking forward to your next video as always 😀❤️ that Baby De Force basket is adorable!! X
Congrats on the baby!! What an exciting time for you and Mike! My husband and I just had our first baby at the end of May and the thing that was most useful was Velcro swaddle blankets. Way easier to use than trying to wrap a blanket around the baby- ours always escaped the blanket! They helped her sleep a lot more, but every baby is different!
I use those storage boxes in my sons nursery. They are so useful for sleepsuits, vests, bibs, socks, shoes etc yes i have organised it like that. And also they're good for nappies and baby skincare products. X
Hi fleur, oilatum is good for any dry skin and they do something to put in bath, we were recommended at first not to use any oils or lotions that were scented on a babys skin. Our little girl has baby acne on her face and we were recommended numerous times to try oilatum which had helped massively. Congratulations on the pregnancy and the worry is normal it wont go away but its good to be organised and enjoy it best you can
Google pregnancy weight and there is an image somewhere of where the weight goes.. like even your blood gets thicker! It's mad. So actual weight doesn't necessarily mean you're much bigger. You look amazing either way. So happy for you, reminds me of when i was at the stage. Enjoy it and don't worry about anything bad happening. I did quite a lot and I wished I hadn't. The 1 in 4 miscarriages posters I saw everywhere made me so upset until my midwife pointed out that it's usually early.. so basically before most people find out. That made me feel better. X
Fleur get ready for the unsolicited ,unwelcome "advice" and pointers from the mummy brigade who will without a doubt tell you what they think you are doing wrong 😑 it has already started ugh x
ana S omg so annoying! Especially because I have a feeling a lot of these online "experts" not only don't have children but are probably in their teens or early 20's. 🙄
Exactly! I don't have any children yet, but even if I was, I live my life how I want to live it and I let others do the same. Tbh, we don't need any more judgment on young parents, because (I imagine) it's hard enough to be a new mom or a new dad (the nerves, worries, and so on...) not to mention if people keep being smart asses all the time. It's impossible to even enjoy it. That's not right, I agree 100% with you guys! Fleur, you do you! :)
How cute are these gifts Baby de Force ! I love also the Nike little shoes and hat, it's so adorable ! Enjoy every moment, take it easy and I'm sure this little girl will be wonderful, love from a French mother
So glad you're feeling a bit more like yourself, I have twins, I had sickness and nausea for 38 weeks lol. Organisation is key. Wish you the happiest and healthiest pregnancy. X
It's actually very individual. My Mom and many people I know told me that the second trimester was the best, but honestly, I am enjoying my third trimester a lot more. Yes, I am HUGE, yes, I get tired easily... but I have a lot less of physical discomfort since the baby has lowered down, whilst when I was in my second trimester I had a lot of pressure on my ribs and it was quite painful. I also had aching pains in my nether regions during my second trimester that have fully subsided by now. I even feel like I have more energy and more desire to do stuff - like go out for walks, work on the house, ect... So yeah, don't be so afraid of the third trimester, it can be quite individual and not be as bad as people tell you...
Hauls/reviews on products yes please! I am 11 weeks with my first, and I have no idea what to put on my list of products . Congrats by the way can't wait to see your baby girl 💚
Do as much as you can while you're feeling great! I'm 36 weeks and the 3rd trimester exhaustion has certainly kicked in. I'm nesting and certainly getting everything ready for the baby but I wish I had started earlier so I could enjoy the little things about it all longer. You are far along enough now that any chances of something happening with your baby girl is very slim. But I know how you feel. I'm even a little worried now and I think we as mothers always will be. I hope you continue to feel well and get as much done as you think is right. You are going to be an amazing mother and your daughter will be perfect.
I had my nursery finished at 20 weeks because I wanted to relax when I was heavily pregnant but the rest of my pregnancy was honestly so boring as I had done everything so savour it and take your time and enjoy it!
I'm so excited for you Fleur! You and Mike seem like you will make awesome parents. I love these pregnancy updates but I have a small request, any chance we will get to see a clip of your pups? They're just so cute! I'm also wondering you're thoughts on how they will adjust to the new addition, especially Piglet.
i'm so happy for both of you and as another person who loves stars, ahhh that cute little soft basket is amazing! What a lucky little girl to have you as parents. Thank you for sharing what you do of your wonderful time. :)
Hey fleur , I'm actually super excited you started working on the nursery and no it's not too early or anything .. just follow your heart in terms of what you feel like doing or preparing because also you never know how you're going to feel when you reach the third trimester..which i started and let me tell you .. im much slower and less energetic ..so make sure you get as much done as possible by then..xx Would love to see a haul for maternity stuff and equipement..and also the nursery when its all prepped :))) lots of love
So glad you are feeling better for a bit. I didn't recommend anything before, but seriously, get a Baby K'tan wrap!!!! I can't stress how essential a baby wrap is!! I used that type more than any others with both my boys. You can buy online and they are super easy to put on, rather than the Moby wrap, and fit better for petite people, unlike the Ergo wrap. They are also better for babys hips and back unlike those "crotch dangler" wraps like Infantino brand. It is unbelievably nice to use both hands to get stuff done and baby wearing has many benefits for baby as well. okay that's my schpeal!! Enjoy, Fleur!
It's never to early to get organised I was done around 25 weeks with my 3 each time. It was lovely to relax knowing everything was done. I love this series it's making me broody for number 4 lol x
Its never too early to organize the nursery. Im 32ish weeks pregnant with number 3 and our nursery is filled with stuff we are selling and its stressing me out a bit. We do at least have the cot set up and all the baby clothes washed and away. Just enjoy this time - it is so much fun shopping and getting ready for a new baby ❤️.
The sink in the closet is great, but if you can change in to one handle for hot and cold water, it would be more convenient. This is especially true for cleaning up after poopy diapers. The changing station in the closet seems tidy, but could be a bit tight for Mike to change the baby's diaper. You'd also need a light in the closet. You can see how it works for you, but it seems a bit fussy. You'll be too tired for that.
I gained so much weight in the first trimester - pregnancy is an epic marathon and your body hoards calories during that time for the months ahead! Enjoy this trimester, energy is a precious commodity during pregnancy so use it however you want. I'm sorry to say that the worry never really goes away, even when the little scamp is born - welcome to parent fear! But the baby cuddles do make up for it :) xxx
Loved this update, Fleur! So excited for you and Mike :) The nursery is beautiful and SO cool! My husband and I think the sink in your cupboard is amazing and so useful! We had never seen something like that and now want one in our future home. Btw, people are so insensitive. I know it's easier said than done, but you're gorgeous, so ignore them and just focus on you and all the beautifully positive things happening around you :) I honestly can't wait to re-watch your videos when I'm pregnant in the future!
I know this comment will be a bit out of place... sorry. Do you think you could talk about your piercings in a video? I really love your piercings and I'm thinking of getting another one myself. Love you and I am so happy for you!!!
We did lose our baby at 23 weeks.. and if I could give any advice it would be to enjoy every moment of the pregnancy. Do everything you want to do because even if the worst happens, she is your daughter and you deserve to celebrate her life whether she lives for 90 years or one hour ❤️
I'm so so sorry to hear that, but thank you for the advice - it means a lot. Sending love xx

I love these vlogs, thank you for sharing it with us it feels quite intimate and like a diary. Many congratulations again !
florenceandthemakeup I agree🤗🤗🤗 I'm loving these vlogs 🌸
Take care!
I love these vlogs and yay for more baby and maternity hauls!!! Maybe a baby Q&A would be a great idea! Can't wait for the next update. ❤️
I'm loving these little chats and can't wait for more content ! Enjoy every moment of your pregnancy because you are radiant and so excited it's so cute ! xx
Fleur, I hope you can manage to stop worrying and just enjoy this precious time you have with your bump :). Wishing you all the best! x
I'm so glad you are feeling good! You are absolutely glowing and I'm so excited to keep following your journey
A sink in the nursery! That is bloody brilliant!
I think so too. It will be so handy!
A sink will come in so handy in a nursery! Seriously wish I had one in mine. Changing dirty nappies comes to mind! Lol x
So glad you're enjoying them and thank you! Best of luck with the rest of your pregnancy - only a few more weeks to go - you must be so excited! :) xx
FleurDeVlog I had a baby boy on 24th August 💙💙 7lb 8oz he's absolutely perfect and I just want to share 💙💙
Love these videos Fleur!! Stay positive and embrace the pregnant life!!!
You look amazing Fleur, pregnancy suits you! Really loving your update videos and so happy for you and Mike xx
I actually can't wait to get married and have my first baby with my fiancé. I'm so happy that you are enjoying this beautiful journey fleur
Looking gorgeous Fleur!! So happy for you and Mike, you're gonna make such amazing parents!! Looking forward to your next video as always 😀❤️ that Baby De Force basket is adorable!! X
Yesssss. All the baby and maternity hauls. All. Of. Them.
Congratulations on the pregnancy and the worry is normal it wont go away but its good to be organised and enjoy it best you can
The sink is going to be super helpful and you could probably do the first few baths in there ☺️
Google pregnancy weight and there is an image somewhere of where the weight goes.. like even your blood gets thicker!
You are GLOWING. You look so radiant and happy!
I am so glad you are over the sickness and that everything is proceeding well. Congratulations and thank you for the video!
Looking forward to seeing how you decorate the nursery!! Everything is so cute. Thanks for sharing with us.
When you tile the floor in the sink closet it would be darling to add a cute fabric under sink curtain covering the pipes & shelves.
Pregnancy updates are my fav 🌸🤗
Omg the Nike beanie and socks are too adorable ❤️
Glad it's all going well and the nursery organisation looks brilliant!
I can't even begin to say how much a sink in our nursery would have come in handy! Love that!
So many cute baby items! Baby De Force and stars...a match made in heaven 😍 Happy that you're feeling better 🤗
The sink in the cupboard is so handy for a babies room. Great for washing your hands after changing baby and to clean off sick-up. x&o's
It's never to early to get organised I was done around 25 weeks with my 3 each time. It was lovely to relax knowing everything was done. I love this series it's making me broody for number 4 lol x
Two Fleur videos in one day! YESSSS!!!!!!!
So excited to see the completed nursery whenever it's ready :) and having a sink in the room will definitely be useful👍🏼
I have no intention of being pregnant any time soon but I love these updates 😊 also what brand/shade is your nail polish? It's the perfect pink! 💅🏻
I'm having such baby fever after watching your vlogs and Jessi Malay's!! I'm so excited for the both of you!
this makes me so happy! I love this! can't wait for Jessi too!
omg same!! Jessi's vlogs are the best!
just watched jessi's too!! Ahh such an exciting time for them both :)
Baby de force on the box. So adorable!
I know this comment will be a bit out of place... sorry. Do you think you could talk about your piercings in a video? I really love your piercings and I'm thinking of getting another one myself. Love you and I am so happy for you!!!
I actually love the sink-cupboard, so practical :D
The nursery is looking so perfect already!!!
I'm 22, not having a baby but I want more baby hauls!!
Love these updates and I think they will be something you'll look back on forever x
Def more hauls, it's always exciting to see.
