My Dearest Sangah, you just touched my heart so deeply with a collection of some of the most beautiful and inspirational hymns that I have ever heard. It is fitting and proper that we are are able to experience such glorious words and beautiful music to Honor Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, especially during Holy Week. As we lead up to the holiest day of the year for Christians, your performance caused me to reflect with great introspection, wonder, and pure Love about Our Savior and what He did for us. Who are we that Our Living God would send His only Son to die for us so that we may have eternal life? How humbling is that realization? The words in this collection of hymns are profound, and perhaps for the first time, the words accompanied by your glorious music caused me to really think about what Jesus, the Son of Man, the Messiah, the Christ, and Son of God truly did for us. I’m not sure what it is, but reading the words of each hymn as you played them took me across the gamut, life, and meaning of Jesus. No individual hymn could have done this with the same effect. As I watched and listened, in my mind I went from a world of sin with no hope before Jesus, through the Birth of Our Lord, consideration of His short life on Earth, realization of the pain, torture, and shame that He experienced, the anguish of His painful and horrible crucifixion, and joy in His glorious resurrection - and God made this collection of events all happen for us in order to redeem us. In 35 minutes and 57 seconds of you delivering this message with your incredible talent, feeling, tone, and soft touch on the piano, you gave me the greatest gift you could ever give me - confirmation that Our God and His Son Love us with no boundaries and have given us every opportunity to spend all eternity with them rather than being caught in an eternity controlled by the Enemy; the Enemy’s eternity is one where there is no hope but only anguish, evil, suffering, torture, and pain devoid of all Love. Jesus Christ is our lifeline to avoid that permanent death, and we only need accept Him and His gift to live forever. Your performance just reminded me of this and confirmed this truth for me. Your performance also made me realize that you are indeed His messenger, revealing the truth to all of us every time you play. For who else other than His messenger could continually do this and so gracefully remind us all of the purpose and Love of Our Lord Jesus Christ? This performance and message were wonderful and beautiful. Daily Words of God | "God Himself, the Unique III" | Excerpt 128 Only Those Who Submit to the Creator’s Sovereignty Can Attain True Freedom Because people do not recognize God’s orchestrations and God’s sovereignty, they always face fate defiantly, with a rebellious attitude, and always want to cast off God’s authority and sovereignty and the things fate has in store, hoping in vain to change their current circumstances and alter their fate. But they can never succeed; they are thwarted at every turn. This struggle, which takes place deep in one’s soul, is painful; the pain is unforgettable; and all the while one is frittering away one’s life. What is the cause of this pain? Is it because of God’s sovereignty, or because a person was born unlucky? Obviously neither is true. At bottom, it is because of the paths people take, the ways people choose to live their lives. Some people may not have realized these things. But when you truly know, when you truly come to recognize that God has sovereignty over human fate, when you truly understand that everything God has planned for and decided for you is a great benefit, and is a great protection, then you feel your pain gradually lighten, and the whole of you become relaxed, free, liberated. There is a simplest way to free oneself from this state: to bid farewell to one’s former way of living, to say goodbye to one’s previous goals in life, to summarize and analyze one’s previous lifestyle, philosophy, pursuits, desires, and ideals, and then to compare them with God’s will and demands for man, and see whether any of them is consistent with God’s will and demands, whether any of them delivers the right values of life, leads one to a greater understanding of the truth, and allows one to live with humanity and human likeness. When you repeatedly investigate and carefully dissect the various goals of life that people pursue and their various different ways of living, you will find that not one of them fits the Creator’s original intention when He created humanity. All of them draw people away from the Creator’s sovereignty and care; they are all pits into which humanity falls, and which lead them to hell. After you recognize this, your task is to lay aside your old view of life, stay far from various traps, let God take charge of your life and make arrangements for you, try only to submit to God’s orchestrations and guidance, to have no choice, and to become a person who worships God. This sounds easy, but is a hard thing to do. Some people can bear the pain of it, others cannot. Some are willing to comply, others are unwilling.
