I bought one. Used it twice. It feels like after going to the dentist. The first time I used it I couldn’t get it into tight teeth and almost broke the floss. The next time I put a minuscule amount of vasoline and did my teeth and the tough spaces last because the floss does get loose. It’s a learning curve

I would use it if they could work as adapters or holders for existing floss product. Maybe they would design one with a mechanism so one could attach a short length of floss, which I always throught was a no brainer. Think of all the plastic you would be wasting if you were to use those replacement heads on this thing!

Yeah, but that means you won't be forced to continuously buy from the company.

Reach used to make a similar product years ago that used the standard inexpensive u-shaped floss heads for manual flossers. It was only $25 and worked great until battery acid ruined it. Unfortunately discontinued, and they never made a rechargeable upgrade that I know of. Been looking for something similar ever since.

Same here, and named "Hummingbird" if I recall correctly.

So we are adding more plastic to the environment? Is that recyclable? I wish we could use regular floss and mount a fresh bit of it on the head whenever required. What about the sound decibels? Appeared louder than an electric toothbrush.

Dr. Nemeth, is an Ultrasonic Scaler used in a Dentist's office, safe for gums that are receding ? Does it aggravate or contribute to gum recession or is it totally safe to the gums ?

Dr Nemeth…do you think this would be healthy/healing for slightly receding gums … or would it do more harm?

Hi Dr, You have to try the easy flosser. The problem with the electric one you have in the video is that the replacement floss string tips are expensive. Look at the wasted of plastic used on those tips head. Easy Flosser is a MUCH BETTER idea. Do you want to try the Easy Flosser for free? Also any one can try it for free.

I enjoy your videos! Can you tell if this flosser moves the segment of floss to a fresh segment between changes of pairs of teeth?

I like the Flaus but the Slate Flosser is better. The Slate vibrates much softer.

Why not just put the flossing head on a Sonicare electric toothbrush?

It is rather loud and pricey, it does seem it would be a good product but needs tweaking to the actual product and the price

I will try it, seems that it is good for everyone especially for those who lack of dexterity. I will still used the water pick along whith it or traditional floss just to make sure everything or most of the plaque is being removed.

Do they have a trial period? I bought one from a different brand and the floss kept breaking and would not keep taut so I want to see if this one works.

July 5, 2023 ~ I received an email this morning that appears to be from you... A PDF document is attached to the email... The subject line reads... Joseph Nemeth and Associates shared a document with you via DropBox; but when I tried to preview the document on DropBox, this notice came up on a full RED page... "Microsoft Defender SmartScreen has blocked this unsafe content" 🤔 Was this email legitimately from your office❓

As long as people are flossing, it shouldn't matter if they use regular floss, floss picks, waterpiks, this, or whatever else is out there. Stop complaining.

I'm so depressed I thought of this concept so long ago when electric toothbrushes came out and it didnt exist just the crappy water pik my dentist told me not to use.... And 3 months ago still nothing in a electric flosser... Then July 25th 2023 I take my android phone I spoke into it ,,, Electric Flosser and I was shocked all those years I thought about this invention because I can''t floss with all the other stuff .... So I thought of the black handle with the cartidges I didnt patten it probably because I knew someone was going to make this thing.... And so they're goes billionaire dollars down the toliet and this was 20 years ago.... If I was the first one to get this thing pattened I wonder if I would just get big giant checks in the mail and fly to Hawaii... So bummed right now I feel like jumping out of a plane with parachute
