Hell Bell itself is an... underwhelming creepypasta in my opinion, so when I heard a song was being made for it, I was hesitant at first. BUT, this song has quickly become one of my favorites in the mod, if not the entire community. The usage of the bell mechanic fits perfectly, the sprites are incredible even by the extremely high standards of the rest of the Lullaby spritework, the leitmotifs all fit incredibly, and the mid-song twist is both exceptionally fitting to the source material and executed flawlessly. Dawn and Beezelbub's chromatics are great too, and I'm a sucker for any song that uses the Calamity Mod Bells™ Sorry for the long-winded gushing, but this song was easily the highlight of the update for me.
The vocals switch to boyfriend reminds of astral projection a little bit. Where it begins with boyfriend's voice and it switches to nikku's towards the end of the song and you can hear nikku sometimes in the song at the second part and the turn before the transition to the second half if you listen closely.
Hands down the best song in the mod. Banger melody, banger vocals and very clever the way you blended bf and the trainer vocals in the middle of the song. Its almost seamless.

@@LeafyJolt Yep! It was originally called Flawed Diamond bc I wanted to follow the naming convention of Lost Silver (which I *DID NOT* write) and Tarnished Gold (which I *DID* write), but somewhere along the line it everyone called it Hell Bell. Which is a better name anyway, lol
And don't forget that the bells that you hear are not only technically Hell Bell's chromatics, but they are also the famed "Calamity Bells", named as such for their use in the soundtrack in Terraria's Calamity Mod.
Oh yeah, I forgot to mention why I stated this and how it ties to OP's comment. The Calamity Bells themselves are most well known for their use in the tracks "Scourge of the Universe" and "Universal Collapse" to be specific. Both of these tracks, funnily enough, are actually the two boss themes for the Post Moon-Lord Boss, the Devourer of Gods, or DoG for short.

Vocals: masterfully tuned Instrumentals: epic Motifs: perfectly implemented Stage: awesome Characters: well-drawn and animated Strums: cool-looking and comfortable to play Innovation: space-bar input plays an animation for Bronzong, as well as a fifth animation on the player’s sprite. The animation of the letters appearing on the contract are synced with the fading from Dawn to Boyfriend, and the subtle transition of both vocals from Dawn to Boyfriend were something never seen before on any mod. Overall: straight to my playlist

This song is SO GOOD! I’m a fan of Frostbite & Insomnia, but this Trainer/Pokemon duo takes the cake. Especially since Hell Bell is an instrument in the song! My favorite part has got to be the Contract section at 1:42, I’m a sucker for the duet motif of AB, BA, CD & DC in that order. I loved it in Insomnia and I love it here too. Not to mention Dawn sounds amazing and BF joining in was really cool! I’m so glad this didn’t get leaked, amazing work on this masterpiece Puckett!

Its never been this hard to pick a favorite song. Between Death Toll, Amusia, Dissension, and Isotope. They are all incredible and some of the best looking and sounding of any mod come before it. [The whole Glitch astetic and harkening back to creepypastas of my childhood probably help.] But I gotta say, this probably has my absolute favorite Instramental and the Old Mans chromatic are just bassy in all the right ways. You and everyone on the team did such an outstanding job. And despite the circumstances, I'm glad it didn't go to waste.
After playing the canned build, when this song played I instantly went and said "This is my most favorite song in this mod". Honestly i love monochrome v2. Everything else just feels too epic. And i can't even hear the vocals half the time. But monochrome is just a good song overall without being too loud. And the twist v2 had the same amount of shock for me as unknoen suffering's v2 extension.

My thoughts on the song BPM: 188 Note Speed:3 This song sounds something from diamond and pearl which is the game the creepypasta is based off of. The vocals for satan and Dawn sound really good especially Dawn. The part where Dawn slowly turns into boyfriend is really good especially when they sing together at some points before it just becomes boyfriend. The space bar mechanic is neat and I love how it is timed with the bells as well. I heard the song lags or even causes problems on computers that but I haven't played the song in the mod myself yet, I am on laptop so it may happen who knows. And will you be releasing the midi or the FLP for this song or any songs that you worked on?

I'm absolutely glad this song was reserved for the official release it made the experience all the more hype. Seeing Dawn, Beelzebub's voice, Hellbell's mechanics, I loved the entire thing. This is definitely one of my favorite songs in the mod hands down.

This is probably one of the best Lullaby songs, if not one of the best general FNF songs. The Bronzong's bell, the player's voice switching with BF's and Beelze's voice are damn neat.
Man, I love when the contract comes out and starts spelling BF's name you can hear Dawn's voice slightly melt into a voice that sounds like a mix between her voice and Bf's voice.
Personally my favorite, the voices of Dawn and Brongzong are super addicting. They show so much personality, especially Dawn's "AR" sound. Playing it is even better because of the animations. Dawn and Gold from Isotope have some of the most expressful animations I've seen
The display of emotion in this song is astounding, it reaches the center-point of what's supposed to be shown - from Dawn bracing impact of the Bronzong's bells to the dominance and power within the old man's (Beelze's?) voice. The onslaught of details to pick out is amazing! What's really scary here is how you can FEEL the song! What other mod (in my opinion) is able to have almost every song convey perfectly what you would experience if YOU were in the game?!

Actually, it's not BF being dragged in. For Hell's Bells, the ingame character was transformed to look like the person currently playing the game after their name was put on the contract, so that part is replicated here

This song really itches my brain This has to be one of my favorite fnf songs of all time Dawn and Beelze have such differentiated tones that it makes each other stand out The sliding notes in the song makes you feel like you’re on a roller coaster and it sounds amazing The use of the tolling of the bell fits in so well with the song and gives it such a haunting beautiful tone even though the song itself is frantic and fast paced This was so well made and I feel like there was a lot of love put into this song and I have to applaud greatly
I love the reference they added that when Beezle makes the contract appear, Dawn (bf's character in the game) starts to fade away and turn into bf which is a reference in the creepypasta when Beezle says "Your soul is mine." and then the player's character starts to resemble her irl self.
Personally, I think it also would've been neat to have it Lucas with BF's colours since that's what happens in the creepypasta, but I guess having it be just BF himself makes the message clearer to anyone who hasn't read the creepypasta and is still indeed neat

As an alternative mechanic to covering your ears with the chimes of hell, you could have Dawn play a tune on the azure flute. because that flute is related to arceus (The God of pokemon) which would be playing a sacred instrument that would scare away the cursed bell.

Honestly i love monochrome v2. Everything else just feels too epic. And i can't even hear the vocals half the time. But monochrome is just a good song overall without being too loud. And the twist v2 had the same amount of shock for me as unknoen suffering's v2 extension.

This song sounds something from diamond and pearl which is the game the creepypasta is based off of. The vocals for satan and Dawn sound really good especially Dawn. The part where Dawn slowly turns into boyfriend is really good especially when they sing together at some points before it just becomes boyfriend. The space bar mechanic is neat and I love how it is timed with the bells as well. I heard the song lags or even causes problems on computers that but I haven't played the song in the mod myself yet, I am on laptop so it may happen who knows.

The sliding notes in the song makes you feel like you’re on a roller coaster and it sounds amazing

Appearance
Beezle resembles a gentleman with a mustache wearing a lavender three-piece suit. After giving the contract paper to Dawn/Boyfriend, his appearance looks more menacing, with small white pupils and a large jaw.
As for *Hell Bell* , it appears as a demonic and monstrous version of the normal Bronzong, having a purple bell and body than blue green, red eyes, realistic human teeth, and large veiny clawed hands.

Hell Bell has unusual colorization and appearance, being purple and monstrous, as opposed to the regular shiny green Bronzong it is in the original story.

You're playable character in Death Toll, *Dawn!* Dawn is one of the playable characters in Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum, as well as this mod. She serves as the playable character during the song Death Toll, though she fades away during the song, being replaced with Boyfriend.
Appearance
Dawn is a young girl with pale skin and dark blue hair. She wears a white beanie hat with a pink Pokémon symbol, white scarf, red trench coat, white thigh-high socks, and pink boots. She's shown with a scared expression. As Boyfriend signs his name during Death Toll, her appearance slightly changes as she fades away, with her beanie turning pink, while her hair becomes a closer blue to Boyfriend's hair color.
Trivia
Dawn is one of the only characters in the mod that's from a generation other than the first or second, a trait she shares with the rest of the Hell Bell characters.
Dawn's appearance in the mod is based on how she appears in Pokémon Platinum, which is rather odd, as the original Hell Bell story takes place in Pokémon Diamond.
When Dawn fades in Death Toll and changes into BF, this doesn't indicate she died, but rather that Boyfriend was playing as her, and as a result of him signing the contract, Beezle now owns him, with Dawn having her appearance altered to resemble Boyfriend himself, similarly to what happens to the protagonist in the original Hell Bell story.
It was never explained why Boyfriend played as Dawn who does not appear in the original Hell Bell story instead of Lucas, who does appear in the story.
Game Over screen for Death Toll always shows Boyfriend even if Dawn hasn't faded away. This is because Boyfriend is the one who play the game.
